  6. Hi alexxander, Could you define what you mean by stalling? I obviously know what you mean but there could have been a number of reasons why the casino were delaying the withdrawal. With all due respect and I don't mean this in a rude why at all but the casino didn't force you to reverse withdraw. But I sincerely hope if this is an issue that you are able to learn from this mistake for the future.

  8. I have to agree that this particular conversation is not great customer support. I've had a similar situation in the past where I wanted know something very simple about a bonus and live chat told me I had to email for the answer which is just ridiculous. IMO that's the exact reason live chat is available to avoid such delays like an email response. Hopefully the agents will get some better training as a result of your post.

I wish I could help but I'm afraid when it comes to the history of bonuses I have no clue and I would imagine as you said this is a piece of information very hard to find out.
