      Hi kinga and welcome to the forum Urgh...I wish I could give you bad news but as you've already worked out for yourself there isn't much we can do in these situations. However I appreciate you coming here and trying to warn others of your own mistake - I only wish more players would learn from it because there are so many people that get caught out in exactly the same was as you did.

      My only conclusion to this is that you are a new player because any experienced player would understand why their winnings were confiscated and why you were still able to access the game. People land themselves in these situations because they don't read the terms and conditions and there is absolutely nothing we at AskGamblers can do about that. If a casino is doing wrong by a player we are the first to try and help that player. Unfortunately, on this particular occasion whether it be that you simply are just a new player or you simply didn't read the terms there is absolutely nothing we can do to help. You are free of course to take the matter into your own hands all I will say is that you have already been advised that this is only going to end in heartache for you. How you choose to proceed is up to you. I don't really see the need to discuss this matter any further.

      Exactly boys! We are not "defending" the casino we are merely stating the facts here. I'm not being funny what kind of penalty did you expect for breaking their terms? They have to treat you as they would every other member who breaks their terms in this circumstance otherwise what is the point in them having these terms in place? To be honest I really don't see what amazes you so much. You have already been given advise from 3 very experienced players I suggest you take that advice and learn from it.

      Also guys - We now have 4 members that have entered so far so even though there will only be 3 winners it does mean our losers raffle can also start this month. So whichever members don't take a prize this month gets a number into the raffle which will be drawn in the New Year.

      Please consider this a warning you are on the verge of having this topic locked. You blatantly broke the casinos terms the proof is in your very first post! There is absolutely nothing fraudulent about this. The casino doesn't have to give you a warning message telling you because you tick a box to say you have read the terms and understood them! I personally don't see how the word restricted could be interpreted in any other way and if you was unsure what they meant by the term then you should have contacted the casino before playing it.

      I'm afraid Leo is right, it'll get you no-where and all it will do is waste you time and money I would imagine getting you the lawsuit. You have broke the terms regardless of whether it was 4% or 1% those games are restricted full stop and no solicitor will be able to change that rule for you.

However, I have allowed your post since I know this particular casino is struggling, you only have to look at their complaint history with us to see that. When you say it just disappeared you mean you logged in and it was no longer in your account? Did the bonus have an expiry date by any chance?

      I don't really recall having problems with them and I've been a member for a good few years now. I had an issue with a withdrawal in the very beginning but I can't recall the details of that now. But having that said that I really have no issues with playing there.

      Yes I do agree, I don't think I'd ever have an issue because I only play slots but I'd always be worried they could still throw that term in my face!

      Yep same here I don't play Poker either and I actually don't even know what these aids are they are talking about but what I don't understand is if you weren't playing the game they said you was using the extra software for how can they penalise you for it? Or am I mis-understanding this?

      I can only not play Playtech games in Playtech only casinos - I have other options I've just never had any luck in non-playtech only casinos. And no to Safari Heat they don't have it.

      Exactly and I'd be worried that it's one of those terms they can actually impose whenever they like and we as players wouldn't really have a leg to stand on.

      Stupid term!! Basically it's giving them the opportunity to refuse winnings as the term itself is so vague imo. Wins twice the value of the bonus amount? That isn't really that hard to do. Let's the bonus is £20 so if you win £40? And are they counting all slots as weighing the same? And is that winning twice the bonus amount in one spin or if you go over twice the bonus amount? Too vague for my liking. If you add a term like that it should certainly be explained more.
