      Yep, this is usually exactly what you need to do because it's what I've had to do before and it's a real pain. Banks don't like doing it and you have to explain why you want the letter and I think it's quite private, certainly not something I or my partner want to share in the middle of a bank! Anyway, haven't had a reply yet, I'll keep everyone posted. We're not entirely worried since we're dealing with a reputable brand, I guess I just didn't expect these to be so picky. Account has been verified for years!

      [Posting on behalf of my partner] So...He's recently made a withdrawal and it's probably been over a year now since he's withdrew there so he deposited using a new card. Once he requested a withdrawal BETAT then requested that he verify the two other, old, cards he had on his account, even the one he's never used to deposit. The problem here is that he no longer has those cards, both are old cards which have been replaced. Anyway, I think he's managed to finally overcome that obstacle as BETAT finally got their head around the fact he doesn't have the cards!! Now he's having an issue with his current card. The picture he sent they wouldn't accept because he didn't cover the middle numbers of the card! So I've resent the picture for him and we're awaiting the next reply. My main point in posting this though is this is not the first time we've experienced problems with old cards! I just don't know why some casinos are persistent in verifying cards that don't even exist any more. Anyone else had any similar problems?

      Has anyone else been completely covered in snow over the weekend? We've had more than a few inches here and we're at a standstill! Most shops and businesses have been closed, I can't even get the car out of my street! And I still hate snow as much as I always have

      Yep I went through a stage of playing PV quite a lot, never tried Ice Run, I know I've said this before but Playtech just isn't the same in a multi-platform casino.

      Ahh Milka is a great writer and I think they're defining 'best' not necessarily one that may make you rich but in terms of features and entertainment maybe, I'm not entirely sure what it was based on but it's pretty hard to determine a list of 5 best slots that would suit everyone, right?

      What games are valid? Have you clicked the terms and conditions link? I'm sure it will tell you there. Also do you have to make a deposit before wagering starts?

      The only way I could think of them having a negative balance is if their account has been dormant and a charge has been applied to the balance! But your right Afi - how would they even know they were family, doesn't make much sense, the only way this cold happen surely is if the same IP was used and even then there's no saying this is a family member. All seems a bit strange. And anyway's it's not your responsibility to make sure you family keep their account in good standing, there's no way you can be penalized for this! If the details you've give in your first post are accurate then I'd say you have pretty good grounds to submit a complaint. Although I'm not sure if there's more to this story that we don't know?

      I actually didn't think I'd say it but I kinda agree that the mentioned brands have kind of faded a bit with the launch of sooo many new casinos this year!

      I too hope they get back to you with a response soon and as Valdes has already mentioned try to stay patience and not get too worked up yet! Patience is a virtue and all that. Really hope you get a positive outcome on this one and keep us posted.

      I've actually been a little disappointed with Netflix as of late - can't really comment on the Marvel shows as I don't watch them but there hasn't been much for me to watch I've just been doing re-runs of other shows...hope to see more on there over Christmas! And they've had a price increase
