  14. Thanks Afi - We'll consider the suggestion. We're not really looking at the limiting the amount of screenshots people can use but we will consider allowing more than 1 game every month.

  17. In that case I'd suggest you take the exact same advice the previous player took from Valdes. If you read back in the comments you will see that the original poster was able to do to open a complaint against the casino. Make sure you supply the evidence you have also given us here.   21. Nope I haven't played this one I'm afraid, I'm very limited as to where I can play Playtech now. Surprised to learn it's been around about 2 years because I really don't recall seeing it before. Guess the name was never appealing enough for me to open it.
  22. Not sure I tried using it yesterday, or the day before can't remember which day now and it was declined. Both contactless and pin and there was funds in my account to clear the transaction. So I went to a cash point to try it and was able to withdraw money fine. It could have been an issue with the company I was using the card at I'm not entirely sure to be honest. But the verification message I had said there could be some disruption to my card if I didn't re-verify and since it wouldn't actually let me re-verify as I was already verified I thought the problem I had might have been to do with that. Hence the reason why I don't want to contact support! A confusing situation - one that support will only confuse matters even more no doubt. Sorry for my optimism guys it's just hard for me to trust Skrill again.
