      It is an interesting topic to discuss indeed and a very harsh term for the casino to impose too. But do you think maybe with the language barrier you mentioned some things that were said were mis-interpreted too?

      I'm actually with you on this one I really am, like I said I personally think it's a stupid term and I feel for your mother. But the fact that she told them you helped her with the tips then they can impose the term as it reads "on order by someone else" not "someone else made the bets for you". I'm really sorry but I don't think you have a case agaisnt them but hey, I'm not always right and I don't know much about sports terms either so wait for some more replies and see what our members have to say - I'm certainly not the most expericenced person to take advice from in this particular situtation.

      It took you to their own page offering bonuses and noe the responsible gambling page? Did you report this to support and if you did what did they have to say for themeselves?

      Urgh! I hate to say this because I actually think that is a ridiculous term anyway - but you have just admitted in your own post to helping your mother with bets as she knows nothing abount sports? So, and I mean this with all due respect but I'm just confused how you can say the casino has made false accusations?

      One of my favourite Playtech games but boy can it be cruel! Me and Afi share a love of Safari Heat for its famous retriggers and one of my favouirte was always Captains Treasure. Miss that game, great if you have wagering to complete or have fallen under a fiver! Another classic Playtech game is A Night Out!

      To be honest I've never been able to afford more than £20 a time, the times I did deposit £50 was when I was more flush with my winnings but that soon came to ane end. But yeah I really don't see why I'd ever need nor want to deposit more. I won't even deposit £20 multiple times per session once it's gone it's gone for at least a week now.

      Not sure I'm actually familiar with this method of depositing tbh. The only echeck deposit I know of is through PayPal but I'm assuming you don't mean that do you?

      I have to be honest I was quite surprised myself when I just looked I didn't think they'd have so many! In that case I really do hope they see the OP's 'mistake' as a mistake or I'm guessing there'll be another complaint for them to deal with.

      As a rule it's £20, sometimes if my budget is stretched or depending on wagering it could even be £10. That's pretty much been my rule since I started playing with a very few excpetions of £50. Never deposited anything more than £50 in one go.

      Is the code not working? Then I'm guessing it's probably country specific. Did CS sort it for you?
