      Once and IF we actually leave the EU I hear that abroad is going to be a whole lot more expensive too! Daily fees for staying in Europe? I mean I voted out anyway and I don't tend to leae the country a great deal, I'm a home bird but I think things are about to get complicated.       Hi and welcome to the forum! This happened to me once, my balance disappeared when it went under £1 from a bonus, ridiculous terms. Wasn't at this casino, can't actually remember where now. If I'm being completely honest it does seem like a lot of your time and patience all on 13 cents and I'm not sure I would have persued it quite as long as you have but then on the other hand I get it too. It's your money so why shouldn't you play it right down until the last penny. If it was me personally, and I was as unhappy about the situation as you seem to be what I would do is say bye bye casino and move on.

      Well without meaning to sound negative, I doubr very much you'll get the outcome you are hoping for on this one. As you can see above in Valdes' comment this is not the first time this has happened and they do always turn out to actually be a glitch in the system. I'm a Mega Moolah but and I have to be honest such posts puts me right off because I know if this happened to me I would be devasted. I once won the Dark Knight jackpot and it looked like the wheel had stopped in the white sector which was the biggest jackpot in the millions and then it turned one more notch to the smallest one. Keep us posted on any updates from the casino.

      Oh yeah of course! I'd completely forgotten about these guys. Tbh though who even is Paris Hilton anymore! Is she even famous now ? Used to love her when I was younger, but I guess now she's just the cheapest celebrity they can get to do it! Ahh we've had a lovely few days over the pond too! Not shorts and t-shirt weather but defiitlely no coats weather. Roll on the summer!

      Mine was instant not that long ago! Took 3 days to reach my bank but as soon as I clicked withdraw it approved, no pending at all. Withdrawal to debit card.

      Very few games play like they used to years ago, well I don't think so anyway. I have a few games that I've played from the get go and still play now but I could probably count on one hand how many play like the olden days. Okay so I'll jump in with another game for the thread and an unpopular opinion I know - Pimped. This would definitely be in my top 10 worst games.

      Okay so you're basically slating us but your post has been approved as you are of course entitled to your opinion. Also this is a good way to get an answer as to why exactly your complaint has been rejected and our admin @ValDes will be along to answer that soon. I can assure you that! Agree that the transcript from the casino is completely unprofessional and if they actually did say that to me I'd be pretty annoyed too. I don't know anything at all about sports betting so I can't really comment on that side of it. However, there will be a reason your complaint was rejected and Valdes may even give you advise on how to get a new one opened so what I'd suggest you do is wait for his reply. P.s See you're not banned so looks like you were wrong there ?

      If my father was here he'd answer straight away, I I'm afriad don't have a clue. He puts football bets on for me every weekend and if it wins I get the winnings - how the bets actually work I have no clue. But I'm sure we're bound to have someone here who can help you out.. Just a quick note though - should you really be placing bets on football if you don't really understand how they work ?

      @Afi4wins I've found a new Playtech casino to try - Vegas Luck (sister site to BGO) dount you've played there its a UK Casino but was quite shocked to see Playtech games. Had a leaflet through the door with some free spins to tried them out. And we have them at AG now too. Only thing is: 1. They have deposit fees under £500 2.
