      Actually, before we upgraded the site you could comment in the news section however there wasn't a system in place that notified the writer that comments were added. However, Afi is of course right Leo whenever you feel you want to comment about any of our news stories you can just come here and let us know. If it becomes something people want to do then I can create a special thread even. But yeah always feel free to come here and comment I work closely with our writing team so I can pass on any feedback and comments too.

      Such a shame really. I haven't played there but it seems like a great casino and after all they're one of our certified casinos too so it is a shame to hear you can't claim their bonuses now. Did you ever just play with your deposit? Thing is if bonuses are attractive then people are going to claim them, isn't that the point of making the bonuses in the first place!!

      Ridiculous, ridiculous and once more ridiculous!! Why offer bonuses if you're not willing to accept people are going to win off them sometimes.       Hi Bobmarleyking I think you've already been given pretty sound advice, I'd just like to add we do have gambling guides dedicated to helping players like yourself.       Urgh!!! Now I'm not sure if Klarna is just a UK thing or worldwide but here in the UK it's a fairly new way of paying for your goods. For those who haven't heard of it some sites will now let you "Try before you buy". You put your your purchase through using Klarna as the payment method you then get 30 days to pay Klarna or return the goods. You can pay in full or I also believe Klarna allow you to slice the payment with some interest added on. For purchasing goods it's a good idea I guess but there'll always be people who don't pay!! Now I have just stumbled across a new casino I seen Klarna as the payment method Whhhhyyyy!!!!! For those who struggle with keeping gambling under control this stupid way of depositing is just going to help fund what could be an addiction and it could mean they won't have the funds to pay it back! I'm not going to mention the casino because I actually can't find any info about Klarna on their site but it's definitely there as a payment method. Just asking for trouble if you ask me. Rant over anyway guys, just wondered if anyone had seen this and also wondering if this Klarna is worldwide too or just here in the UK?

      Hi betwoman and welcome to the forum From what I can gather (without actually playing there myself) the casino seems legit to me. I've just check our complaints history also and the two complaints registered have been resolved. You can submit a complaint at any time, I think waiting 11 days is long enough so please feel free to do that and make sure you include as much information as possible to help the complaint progress quicker. Just out of interest though - I assume you have sent in your verification documents? And I guess you're still waiting for these to be approved?

      Guys just a polite reminder - Can you and remember to tell me how many screenshots you've uploaded please. It's fine when games don't have many screenshots but when games have loads it really helps me to know how many I'm looking at.       Guys I'm losing my marbles I swear I am... Remind me is this game new or not? I've been trying to play it at Magical Vegas but every time I try to load it it kicks me out. When I seen it last night I thought Oooooh this is new. Then this morning I woke up thinking in fact we've already discussed this and I've already tried it???? But since I can't get the game to load I can't recall if I have already played it or not.....Anyone help me out?
