I can't see the issue with withdrawing to a different bank tbh. Hopefully the rep can answer tomorrow but please try and be patience because I am almost certain this particular brand will be able to assist in your withdrawal. Very limited complaints and the ones that have been logged have been resolved with the main issue seeming to be the casino not willing to close accounts/blocked accounts. So have they chat not gave you an acceptable answer as to what happend? Maybe they just had an issue with that payment provider that has been resolved now? I've had to approve a card is no longer active before and got a letter from the bank, I mean I know this is different but I guess banks can write these letters if asked.
