To be honest if the game is allowing you to use the feature then I would check with the casino becasue chances are you're not going to get paid if you win. Maybe it's a site error on that game.       They hold a UKGC License so I doubt very much they are dodgy . The site is displaying an error so I guess the site is down right now. It happens. In regards to the withdrawal button it will most ceratinly be there. Maybe you should contact [email protected] who may be able to help you in regards to why and how long their website will be down for. And just to clear the live chat subect up, as far as I am aware none of the Jumpan casinos have live chat and believe you me there are a LOT of them.       But from what I can work out in that email to you, they recognised the fault and there is now way, (even if they let you play with the funds) they would ever allow you to withdraw knowing the deposit as actually refunded to your bank! Right?
