I gues my bold italics caused some mystery Sorry to disappoint but I simply meant I'm in a better position to get contests now, nothing more, nothing less I'm saving this for when I reach 20K posts And, we are nothing without our Guru! And yes, jokes aside - I'll always have to follow the casinos terms of course but when things like this happen I make sure to learn from them in the next contest. For example - I'm sure you'll all remember when our Russian friend scooped the top prize in a previous contest from a 1 line bet? I made sure all future contests now have to have all paylines active. As with this one - I will be making sure we have an exact end time that cannot be changed going forward. And so on and so on. In a perfect world every contest would flawlessly but we are in no perfect world. I think we are lucky that most of our contests run smoothly though and 95% of the time things like don't happen.

Let me just explain something. There are two types of contests which you may not already be aware of; 1. Ones where I have complete control of. I set the rules the casino are willing to take my lead 2. Rules are given to me and I simply relay the contest You can probably guess which one of these this one was. I have not just ‘fobbed' anyone off to support, I have spent the last week sending constant messages and our AG team has been absolutely incredible in helping me relay these messages - but we cannot control how the casino communicates back to us and there is where the problems began! Just to clear up the time issue - when I was asked by Fiekie247 on time clarification, I sent a message asking what date it was ending. When I was given the date I confirmed I would end at midnight, the same as I told you. The same as every contest I run. I was just as shocked as you to learn they’d ended it at 7am regardless of what I had said. And this is where I want to express my own opinion. Yes, the casino are within their rights to do this but I hope they learn that this is only going to reflect bad on them. I am very disappointed with this casino, I’d go as far as saying I’m actually upset it’s ended like this after the work I out into these contests. I spend a lot of time trying to make this forum one where everyone can enjoy and where you can sometimes win some cash so when things like this happen it’s really disappointing. On a more positive note and I know this doesn’t make up for that’s happened, but some recent changes had meant that I have even more power when it comes to contests and I am planning in bringing big things to this forum. I learn from every contest we have, what has happened in this one is completely out of my control and I can assure you that I will never let this happen again. I can only offer a whole hearted apology and hope that you can all understand that some things are just way beyond our powers as we do not distribute the prizes on casino sponsored contests.

Thanks for your input guys, I'm kind of a Megways virgin so to speak. Don't get me wrong I have played some but I've never really taken any time to get to grips with them, I dunno if they'll ever be for me. My partner on the other hand likes to give them a bash, I just reap his profit

Hi guys, sorry for the delayed response on this one. I have now received a reply. The casino ended this contest on 30th April at 7am GMT and at which point the data stopped tracking. I was unaware that the casino was ending the tournament at this time and they reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. I'm afraid this is as far as I can go with this one and I apologise for any disappointement caused. Any further issues can be addressed with the casino.

I've just check this over 60's and it's true. "Sorry you did not receieve this bonus because you are too old" - that conversation would be a fun one, no doubt And that really sucks about the paylines. This happened to me once before but years ago and 20p spins to make it even worse, quite shocked Marsbet have applied such a silly rule tbh.

Out of curiosity I went to check which terms the casino gave us for the spins and this also came to my attention - age limit, 60 In regards to the actual terms of the spins, this is not mentioned. So what do you have active? Just the centre payline you mean?

I agree, proof of adress is becoming a big issue with pretty much every company going paperless. I don't have any utility bills with an address on and I recently struggled to verify proof of address with something that was non gambling related. Unfortunately though, KYC "getting with the times" is asking for a selfie of you holding your passport, how very 21st century But I do agree, I think the whole KYC Process needs a shake up.
