  6. Ouch, that's pretty nasty one, especially if you triggered the feature on a decent bet. I'm experiencing issues playing Jammin Jars too though... All my sessions are simply cut out from Push Gaming servers after no more than 100-150 spins max and that makes playing the game in some normal way simply impossible since we all know it would usually require a few hundred spins (at least) just to warm up. The casino staff are clueless of course and just been promising my issue is escalated but no results yet.

  13. To be honest, if you don't remember the exact reason for closing your account at Casino X it most probably means you didn't state any problem gambling issues. And if so, I'm afraid your case fall under standard account closure policies and procedures which means you are not entitled to any refunds from opening an account and depositing with Casino Y.

The outcome of your issue depends on two factors: - whether you have closed your account at Casino X stating some problem gambling issues; - whether you have used exactly the same registration details (name, address, email, phone number etc etc) If Yes, then I guess you shouldn't have any troubles getting refund for all your deposits at Casino Y and vise versa.
