I could imagine fast resolution is what all players in a trouble would like, especially those who are used with our complaints service AGCCS which without any doubt is the fastest and most efficient one in the world, but there are unfortunately certain situations where we are helpless to provide further assistance and the relevant regulatory body is your only chance to get back what's rightfully yours. Important hint:Although Roy Richie reps not responding to their AGCCS cases, it shouldn't stop you from submitting complaints against them regardless the relatively big chance of these ending up as Unresolved eventually. In short, they are obliged to pay back via the same method which you used to deposit there. Regardless, if you breached one or more of the aforementioned rules, I'm afraid you are chasing a dead cause here and no one is able to help you get back some/all your winnings.
