      Hi Mighty. May I suggest you something else. Why don't you try to claim this great coupon on your own, instead of dealing with the casino support. 1. Download and install the casino software. (probably you have already done that part) 2. Open the cashier page. 3. Click on the Redeem Coupon tab. 4. Enter the desired coupon name in the field and click claim. That's it! My experience tells me that if the coupon don't work that way, the support won't help you much either.
