      Yep, this morning (European time) I've just posted that everything is ok, and than all these casinos were down again! What the...?!?!? Now, back on your issue. What your friend is experiencing now is a standard procedure, which any online casino is taking place of, when multiple accounts of a certain customer are detected! It is clearly written in every single casino's terms and conditions out there and since your friend had accepted them, there's not much place left for wondering. What the casino have offered you is the best and only way to resolve the situation - it's called refunding of the original deposit, followed by a permanent closure of all customer's accounts! I know it's sad and maybe a little bit frustrating, but remember - it's your responsibility to read carefully the casino terms and conditions, mate!

Luciana and I talk quite often about different casino promotions and bonuses, but since I'm the real gambler in the team, I'm the one, who is asked sometimes to evaluate potential casino offers, seen through the ordinary gambler's eyes! So, I would gladly hear what do you think the perfect casino offer should be, according to your opinion. Give us as many examples as you wish, but please, try to think of reasonable and executable suggestions! I'll start with my point of view. Since I don't like too much the freebies, because they are always bind with some cashout restrictions, I'm a huge fan of the deposit match offers. So here it is, how the perfect match bonus sounds to me: 1. At least 200% match! Yes, I know, I know, as bigger the match percent is, as better, but don't forget, that with the higher percent comes the higher wagering requirements. That's why in my opinion 200-250% is the most realistic value of a reasonable match with reasonable wagering! 2. Up to at least 500 credits. Why not higher values for 1000-1500 for the highrollers! 3. Wagering requirements of up to 20 times x (bonus + deposit). 15 times x (bonus + deposit) is the most fair value IMO, but only a few casinos would agree with that! 4. No max cashout restrictions! 5. Available to claim several times, not just once! It's rather stupid why most the online casinos limit their generosity mainly with the so called "welcome bonus" and then...nothing interesting! So, casino managers, if you wonder why 90% of your customers simply go to the next casino after a week or even sooner, that's the reason, you know! 6. Without restrictions, regarding the number or type of slots. 7. Without restrictions, reagarding the type of deposit method. 8. And of course, cashable! And please, don't forget that our forum admin Luciana, who is the main reason why AskGamblers.com offers you so many great promotions and bonuses, is capable of making your dreams come true, my friends!

      All that nasty story reminds me as if I was some kind of fortune teller when writing the guide Casino licensing, regulation and certification – are they really so important? Because NOW is the perfect time, when the licensing authority, responsible for the casino operations to intervene and try to give at least a plausible explanation of this whole ridiculous situation! In this case the licensing authority for all 5 casinos is one and the same - the notorious Curacao! So, it's about time to understand is this regulatory body is actually defending the truth and the rights of customers or is just going to wait and see how so many gambler's money are simply stolen! Something more. I would like to know what the heck is doing the "mighty" company RealTime Gaming (RTG), with the glamorous slogan on their website "take gaming seriously" to proves at least once that it really deserves trust! And at the end, I thought RevenueJet was a decent company, but please, how is it even possible to leave all your customers and affiliates without any information for more than 3 weeks now, and not to place at least a word or two on your website with a simple message????!!! SHAME! This whole situation is a real shame! Shame for all these casinos! Shame for RevenueJet! Shame for Curacao as a licensing authority! Shame for Central Dispute System! I'm totally disgusted and the only thing I can do for all ordinary gamblers, having become victims of that scandal, is to pray for them and to pray the casino servers will eventually come to life! One day, maybe!

      As I've already told you once, I totally disagree with that kind of statements, regarding RNGs, is it rigged or no,etc! If you were right, then how to explain the fact that so many people are winning at all these online casinos, and some of them are winning big! The only problem here, and therefore is important to mention, is that all online casinos continue to maintain the blackout about how exactly is generated the outcome of each and every spin in the particular gambling software! Of course, there's a simple explanation of that fact too - they will say, we cannot tell you that, cause if you no it then everybody is going to win. And no matter we know that's not right at all, I am not a huge optimist, that the fog around this matter will clear soon. However, what I'm absolutely convinced in, is that top gambling software are not rigged in any way! I could easily bet whatever you want on that, mate!
