      Only 170x bet?! Not surprised though, that's Thunderkick game after all and most of their games are known with the exceptionally small chances of hitting a decent hit over let's say 200-300 x bet...       Sincerely miss the good old days sometimes when I would choose a classic Microgaming casino and enjoy downloading, installing and playing the Viper client OR like Afi mentioned, the Playtech's download version... I guess those of you who played for longer would perfectly understand what I mean, you know, the cozy feeling of sharing your gambling environment with your PC only and enjoying the complete set of games which the software has to offer... Or maybe it's just me being sentimental, I don't know. Usually, the sports book and casino funds are separated in different 'wallets' where player is given the opportunity to transfer funds between these wallets. Considering your situation I think contacting the casino support first is a must as there is no one else who know better how their casino/sports book is operating.
