I haven't had much issues with Endorphina slots being blocked with bonus funds. Some casinos do it, others don't. Who knows their reasoning but I doubt the provider has any say in it.

So, currently on the scoreboard - like more or less every month, every year - 4 out of the top 5 wins are on Zeus vs Hades, while the 5th is on its sister slot of sorts; Angel vs Sinner. @cocopop3011 Should we for the sake of variation look into changing the concept somewhat. Just because the system allows it doesn't mean the casino is to be held accountable when someone exploits it, willingly or accidentally. It is the player's sole responsibility to read and to understand the rules and the T&C's, and I assume this is what eCOGRA too were referring to when dismissing the complaint. Besides, any casino or bookie also have in their T&C's a protection against errors, be it human errors or flaws in their system, once again leaving the player powerless as this protection pretty much says: "We can do whatever the ***** we want if it pleases us or if you annoy us" Nitpicking about the wording in the very straightforward max bet rule surely puts the player at risk of ending in the "if you annoy us" category.

Sorry to hear about that but you bet 200 when the the max bet was 5, which is the standard max bet when playing a bonus. Of course you don't have a case and only an extreme gesture of good will from the casino will get you anything more than the refund you already got. Any casino should have a block in place when you exceed the max bet but sadly not all have and so cases like this arise.
