My account was registered using my country’s official ID, I completed face verification (KYC), and I made deposits using bank cards issued in my country. Usually, whenever a casino rejects a player's KYC approval submission, it may be due to not meeting the documentation requirements, or unclear document images, or not actual photos as required. Have you tried writing in to their Support or KYC Team for a clear and defenitive answer for the rejection?
