I just noticed this coz I don't use it regularly, I noticed when I tired to upload fund via my Mastercard, it didn't just allow me until I came across so article and this forum. Neteller and Skrill are obviously useless and they can shut the door. Most people use Neteller and Skrill to pull out their funds from Payoneer in my country. Too bad. I have to get other avail option avail if there is any at all
