    • Afi wants you to load the game(in CAD), go to the ingame history and grab a screenshot of that win(ie the Time/BetID/WinX/Bet/Win page) since the gamelog being in EUR does not show the same value.
    • I have had an "open" case with Anjouan Gaming for a 3 months, and my experience has been exactly the same. I submit the complaint as advised on their website (https://anjouangaming.com/file-a-complaint/). Other than a single automated confirmation email acknowledging receipt, I have not heard from them, despite multiple follow-ups. The casino ignored the complaint and continues to operate as if nothing happened, with a still valid license and everything. No consequences at all. In my experience, Anjouan does not provide any player protection or regulatory oversight. At this point, I think casinos licensed by Anjouan should be grouped together with unlicensed ones, because apart from the license seal, they are identical in every way that matters. Although I would love to be wrong about this. So if anyone has had a different experience with Anjouan Gaming, where they actually addressed (or even resolved) a complaint, please share it.
    • That is actually the History from the casino's log - you must get the Bet History from the game itself, whereby all the details are clearly shown, as what the other participants have submitted.
    • @bp54 I personally think that you should have realised by now, after all the responses you've gotten from various people, that your case simply CANNOT BE RESOLVED via a normal Mediator! The proofs you have shown are convincing, but it's your evidences against the casino's - what you really need are evidences from OFFICIAL RELEVANT BODIES, such as ADRs or even Lawyers, evidences collected by the right Bodies to support and fight for your case! Needless to say, this move may incur costs and fees to you, but that seems the ONLY WAY to resolve your case.
