I know it’s an AI response, but even so, it’s telling the truth. Here’s the thing: I’ve been dealing with this for 8 months now, I’ve tried every possible avenue, I’ve witnessed a referee from Malta lying through MIFINITY, and there’s nothing I can do about it! I’ve posted several pieces of evidence here for everyone to see and analyze, and yet you still think I’m lying when you have no proof from the casino. The complaint is still open on Gurucasinos—I wonder why. The only proof I have received from the casino is what they provided to Mifinity, and I only got that because I filed a complaint with OAFS in Malta. It’s been 8 months of constant struggle with all the documentation I’ve gathered through my own investigation—and yes, with some help from AI. I’m sorry to say this, but the LCB didn’t even properly review the evidence I submitted, yet when the casino sent theirs, they closed the case immediately. For example, at OAFS they’re also mediators and provided all the documents sent by both parties—how can I defend myself if they don’t show me what the casino sent? A mediator can’t do what they did; I’m sorry to say this, but after this struggle of mine, I see that mediation forums must be paid for by the casinos and protect them! They don’t protect the PLAYERS! They have to make money to keep the forums online; don’t try to tell me otherwise. -
I have not deposited because I can only see the onsite deposit bonus package(150% first deposit), not sure if there was a code to enter on signup etc but if I know the AG code I could ask support if they can apply the promo hopefully. -
