If online casinos could add one new feature or promo what should it be?

Nowadays, there are many casinos in the industry, and the majority of them are competing with each other to reach more players and grow their communities, which I think is normal and legitimate for any business, not only gambling.
We can see that most of these sites offer similar promos with slight differences. (But personally, as a casino tester & reviewer, I can see a big difference when it comes to contests or the customer service quality)
My question is: if online casinos could add one promotion or feature that has never been applied before, what would you prefer? (well, feel free to be creative Wink)
If you ask me, I’d say free insurance to protect my funds in case of losses caused by hacking, inactivity, suspension, etc... What about you?

or bring back the 1.000.000 races on pokerstars

any spin was so huge +ev in those races

 

other than races maybe some random draws with frequent winners (low prizes for sure)

It would be great to get some integration between players, some duels similar as it was in socialtournamers. Sometimes I miss integration between them

thats a good idea but hard to implement and only a small percentage of players would make use of it imo.

If I could add one feature, it would be a personalized rewards system based on player activity rather than just deposits. Many loyalty programs feel generic, and it would be great to see rewards tailored to the games people actually enjoy. For example, players interested in newer titles such as Chicken Road casino UK could receive game-specific challenges, achievements, or bonus rewards that make the experience more engaging.

I know right, got bit by this several times this year on leovegas, stakemania family casinos etc. Always feel a bit gutted to say have $1000 balance then beat the wager and see it drop to a fraction of that. 

That being said as the players thats on us for accepting those terms and I do find I lose less money playing such high deposit % bonus offers as the wagering eats up my play time I'm depositing less. Beating a 35-45x wager feels like an achievement given the odds of doing so because you have to run so hot to pull it off. I essentially write off those deposits and any cashout is a win.

For me, there's nothing like being able to claim a bonus via a Skrill deposit...so many casinos do not allow that, so I'm always left out.

I see this a lot: "Bonuses will not be issued if you deposit via Skrill/Neteller". Curious as to why, any idea?

Some casinos say it's due to country restiction - bull!- others say it's a restriction in the license - possibly bull too! I think it's mainly because of the higher charges/fees they have to pay to Skrill/Neteller.

All I ask of an online casino is that they be honest and respect the terms and conditions of their site. In the event of a significant win, some casinos ignore the rules to pressure the player into canceling their withdrawal and gambling away their winnings.

Imagine there was a casino community where players signed up to casinos through that community's referrals. If a casino refused to pay a player's legitimate winnings and the player reported it to the community, then after one or two similar complaints, the community could simply stop recommending that casino and move all of its players elsewhere.

The casino might think it's saving $50k  by refusing a payout, but in reality it could lose far more in the long run. Losing an entire community of active players to competing casinos would likely cost much more than honoring a legitimate withdrawal. In my opinion, protecting a casino's reputation and maintaining player trust is worth far more than avoiding a single payout.

every slot should have running stats showing how many spins since a bonus, P/L , RTP.. how many spins a player has done on the slot since loading the slot, showing the P/L for the last 50 spins, or 100 spins, or RTP for the last 50 or 100 spins.. the more info a player has the better decisions can be made if to continue the session or not.

@Flatzem888 Although it's a bright idea and good for the players, but imagine the data load on the provider's / casino's server! New bigger servers may be needed!

So I really think that it's the player's duty to keep that kind of stats if they want to, like what you have been doing all these years bro.
