This is always something that's so important to talk about and highlight in the forum. So, how many of you actually set these player protection tools when you open an account these days?

I chose number 8, others. And that for me would be playing on a budget. I have a fixed amount to spend on Gambling every month and because I have great self control  too I think it helps me control myself even when I am losing.

This is brilliant to hear! I never set RG tools when I used to play a lot but looking back I think I should have, but my main one would have been time limit, if I was to play again like I used to I would set a time for sure!

My vote goes to one choice and one choice only - NONE.

I don't need deposit or loss or wager limits (I know my own limits and  budget).

I find session, time and reality checks annoying when I'm playing.

I don't need to use time out or self exclusion - I'm a regular player but I simply don't play when out of money.

The only one I found was useful to me was a site(forget which) allowed you to set a max bet limit per spin etc so you couldn't accidentally click and do a $20 spin when you loaded a slot the first time. The only downside is it also meant you couldn't bonus buy above that value either.

The online casinos that I've been into, while I may forgive them after a horrible session or two I may use time outs for at least one month to 3 months just to be sensible.

Casinos like Wolfy since they advertise wager free bonuses, if no winnings have been generated and cashed out after say two deposits then I'd freeze it for a year! If I don't win anything after that certain frozen period yet alone a bonus feature on my 3rd try it's account closure from there!

Excel is the best one for me, I just trust numbers and if I'm ripping a lot it's a sign to stop. Gambling should be fun, it's not about chasing rabbits.

But what about your NEXT CASHOUT THRESHOLD of 25K, as mentioned earlier elsewhere? 🤪

I'm still on profit, that the money I can afford to lose, if i'll print more thats awesome, if I lose to the 25k its also great.

No, never.

Maybe paranoia, but with my weird playing times, I think using such tools would just give the casino an excuse to cut me off ("we're closing your account for your own good").

Also, thank God or Momma, I don't seem to have gambling issues.
