and then it was another 582 spins to get feature #2 and that paid 357.55x

I had to grab this screenshot from the video I was making with my phone, since during the pursuit for this feature I started to play on autoplay (every 50 spins) and at end of the feature it took another spin before the autoplay was stopped. where's the option to stop autoplay on a feature.

There is no option to stop on Feature or when your win exceed a certain amount. I lost a few winners, due to auto play and not in front of my laptop.

I think if you attach the game log, then it will show the date, time and win, and you should be fine.

Agreeing with Fiekie247, you have the bet amount displayed however the casino, date and time of your 2nd screenshot are missing.

SnatchCasino offers NO gaming history.

What they do; they show the gaming history in ascending order, old to new, with a max of 483 rounds played.

Anything above that amount is not displayed in the game history:

 

I recorded everything tho on my phone, from the deposit to the game to the game history, all in one go.

Anyway, @Flatzem you can ask the casino's support team to get the required game log from Booming Games itself.

@Afi4wins They do have a betting history, but it's in reverse order - showing the oldest spins first, therefore not loading the newest spins

And they refuse to provide the game log, since it's available in the betting history - which isn't...

the game history log is an issue as Potatohead explained as the casino only keeps 493 items per day and most players exceed that number (I spoke to support agents about it, they thought waiting an hour would update their systems), I do however have a video of the entire feature and at end of the video it goes to show the time and date on my lower left corner of my desktop screen. I have gotten into habit of recording videos of all my real money features with my phone for a few years now.

As you may already be aware, verification of screenshots is not done by our @cocopop3011 but by the casino team or game provider.

In @Flatzem case, the casino doesn't have the bet history required, nor can the casino provide the relevant game log. The only way is to get that game log directly from Booming Games, or to get an official verification of the win directly from them.

Sorry to say this Flatzem, but in legal terms, provision of a separate personal video does not constitute to the veracity of the win, unless that video is from the casino or game provider themselves. So it's best that you get what's required from either of the 2 parties concerned.

you see this here at snatch casino showing the "my best win" and "my last win".. both those occured during the 71.51eur total win feature

I know some of you are having issues with game logs for this one and the way it works. So, as an exception to this contest, if you need to video or take multiple game log photos, I am happy to receive these by email and accept them if sufficient. If you need my email please DM me. 

You should still try all you can to get the required game log but if you can't then follow the advice above. 

Screenshots will still not be accepted if I have not received sufficient evidence by email or in this post. I still need to see the CASINO, TIME, DATE & STAKE.

OR - If you can switch to a desktop advice that is even better.
