Your 14 working days is just a guideline unfortunately, I can’t promise payments will always be made within this time.

Whenever you say "unfortunately" the date of payment happens to be very close by.

The last "unfortunate" comment you provided seems to have payment the next day so whatever your doing now it's working!

Hopefully we'll start seeing these payments come in this week.

Nothing has changed in terms and payments and summaries guys - everything is as normal. You all know how this works by now.

@cocopop3011 True, nothing has really changed in a sense, but we members  are now getting our payments shifted from mid-month to end month and now to early-month-after, even though it's still having the same 14 workng days period! 

Payments are indeed falling behind the usual expected dates.

i totally agree with potato.

be thankfull for the plenty competitions and rest assured that the payment will arive in the next weeks.

Ladies, ladies....you gotta have a little "financial feng shui". You’re stressing the bills out. You can’t rush the bag. Getting annoyed at the ATM doesn’t make the 20s and 100s come out faster, it just makes the machine feel judged. It'll come out when the vibes are right. 

I don't know what I said there but yeah @cocopop3011 is doing a great job! Rusty trombone or not she's the best and she's even better at parallel parking too so A+ to that!

Good point, I think I should update the rules and period of waiting. I will check with the team tomorrow to see if this should be extended to 21 working days. Unfortunately, I do not have control over the financial process once it leaves me but maybe 14 days is misleading. Will check this tomorrow and update it.

All good, it does feel a bit long(5+ weeks after month is complete sometimes) but it's cash so can't really complain. 

 

Do we get another provider contest this month and the announcements for 250/Premium?

No provider contest at the moment. Other contests will be announced this week.

@cocopop3011 To be blunt but honest, I think extending the period to 21 working days is way too long! 14 days is reasonable enough as it is, so all it really requires is early submission of the payment invoices...unless the financial dept has already set a specific no-earlier-than date for invoices submission.

Like I said Afi - I have no control over the pending period for finance. If you’re not happy about the way we do this, you are welcome not to take part in the contests and that will avoid you waiting for a payment

And in regards to the submission - these are always done as early as possible, in addition to the other 100 tasks I run daily for the forum and while website. You should know that submission of invoices is a long process, it’s not just a matter of typing your name here and the amount. It takes a long time to complete, as well as completing the invoices and recording data - especially on months where we have 15+ members. You should also know that every single screenshot that is entered has to be checked prior to me submitting these invoices - so again you can imagine the time this takes during months where are contest heavy.

The above discussions are mostly about March's payment - you have misread and misunderstood them. No, no one has received their March payment as yet!

Nope it’s actually only been 15 working days, and in fact we have had a bank holiday in that too. So at the moment we are  exactly on the 14 working days specified and like I’ve repeated - Im hoping payments will be this week. But prior to today payments were not due anyway.
