  1. A $15,385 dispute with Betsio began as a personal case but grew into a broader inquiry into the company behind the platform. The player says Betsio accepted their KYC, allowed play, then closed the account while retaining funds. They escalated to Casino Guru for independent mediation but say they received no clear explanation and no satisfactory resolution. Other reported cases followed. A Bitcointalk case reportedly involved a $20,000 USDC deposit, about $6,000 returned, and roughly $14,000 allegedly confiscated without sufficient evidence. A reported 3 BTC "Gold Wheel" dispute involved a player who says the wheel landed on a larger prize and that they had video evidence, yet only received a smaller USDT payout. These details cannot all be independently verified, but the number of substantial disputes led to examining Betsio's corporate connections. Roman Bespalov stood out. Public professional-history information reportedly shows Alpha Affiliates in 2021, Betsio as Acting Head of Affiliates from December 2023 to April 2024, then a return to Alpha as Team Lead and later Head of Affiliates. The sequence — Alpha → Bespalov → Betsio → Bespalov → Alpha — does not prove Alpha controlled Betsio or that Bespalov was involved in any confiscation. But it merits scrutiny, especially given Alpha's previous public link to owning Betsio. Another open question: what happened between those earlier ownership claims and the current TESSERA LIMITED S.R.L. structure in Costa Rica? Who owns TESSERA? What is its relationship with Alpha Affiliates? How are the related brands and personnel connected? Betsio and its associated entities should be willing to answer these questions. This goes beyond $15,385. There is still no clear explanation for the withheld funds. With other reported disputes and the apparent Alpha or Betsio personnel connection, potential players deserve to know who is truly behind the platform and who is accountable when something goes wrong. If Betsio believes the funds were withheld correctly, it should provide the specific reason, the applicable terms, and the evidence.
  2. Boris Pashnev is the CEO of Alpha Affiliates, making him the mastermind behind the Betsio scam network. While he didn’t personally man the cashier at Betsio, his title as CEO of the parent company that claimed ownership proves he was pulling the strings from the top. The connection is clear: In 2021, Alpha Affiliates publicly announced they had bought Betsio and were relaunching its advertising. Pashnev, as the head of Alpha, authorized this move. His own Telegram channel then promoted Betsio to affiliates, inviting them to bring players into the ecosystem he controlled. He didn’t just invest; he orchestrated the integration of Betsio into Alpha’s affiliate machine. What can be established is simple: Pashnev → Alpha Affiliates → Historical Betsio ownership/operation claim. This is a legitimate corporate link. As CEO, Pashnev holds ultimate responsibility for Alpha’s claims that it owned and operated Betsio. If Betsio is a scam, Pashnev is the architect because he signed off on the acquisition and managed the affiliate strategy that drove traffic into the casino. He may not have confiscated individual accounts himself, but as the CEO of the entity that claimed control, he bears the blame for the structure that allowed the theft to happen. The distinction between "personal employment" and "corporate control" is a lawyer’s trick to dodge accountability. Pashnev doesn’t need to have been an employee of Betsio to be responsible for its actions. He is the CEO of the company that owns Betsio. Therefore, the money lost by players in Betsio is effectively lost under Pashnev’s watch. The proper focus of further research should be on Pashnev’s ownership structure and the individuals controlling Alpha Affiliates. But make no mistake: Boris Pashnev is the face of the scam. He is the CEO who told the world he bought Betsio, and now he sits atop the empire built on those player funds.
