Okay, so I know we have had a few topics over the years about this subject - what's your biggest win from a minimum bet. But I'd like to make this one a little different, turn it into a competition so to speak. I want to know what has been your biggest win at MINIMUM bet...and if possible provide a screenshot. The screenshot I am posting many of you have already seen but it is a SUPER win. By minimum bet I don't mean the minimum you are willing to place, I mean the MINIMUM the slot allows. So for example on Dead or Alive it has to be a 9p spin, if talking about Immortal Romance then it's your highest win on a 30p bet...get it? Good! Mine is Desert Treasure II - a 20p in produced this during free spins.... Yes..I have even more exciting news from our beloved gaming providers NetEnt! We came home Saturday night for her 1st birthday yesterday but had to take her back in last night because I was still concerned. I have an advantage over most players.....how??? Simple.... It's all mathematics. I am CANADIAN See chart below 1canadian dollar = .75us dollars 1canadian dollar = .65 euros 1canadian dollar = .42£ So.... What does this mean.....very simple..... If I deposit 25€(about $34)... And I win 200€, I then have nearly $280 The new style of my play is minimal deposits. I deposit MOSTLY EUROS NOW....20-40 at a time. But when I hit, I usally cash over 500€... So 500€ is about $725.... My bet size is still the same. 2€ starting. U may say, why not deposit 40 CANADIAN instead of 28€...... But trust me on this. 28 or 40 makes no difference when starting out. But getting to 500 is easier than getting to 700+ I was not an English major so sorry if this doesn't make any sense lol Basically what I am saying, is that when I hit eArly, I have the EURO CURRENCY BEING BET, not the dollar. And, depositing 20,30,40 makes no difference....when playing the right starter games. Europeans can have an advantage if they use the GDP hope this makes sense. I have been using a new strategy. Minimal deposits, 20-40€ max with and without bonus. On less than 10 casinos. Afternoon all So my question for today is, (and the answer may be obvious but hear me out first) Which bonuses do you do better on Wager or Wager Free? You'd automatically think that a bonus, for example winnings from free spins, that are wager free is much easier to withdraw from. And in principle it is of course. But whenever I have a wager free free spins I always seem to lose in the end and hardly ever make a withdrawal despite the fact that I had no wagering. Whereas I could have a £20 bonus, have to go through at least £1000 in wagering and manage to make a withdrawal. Which begs the question which of these two scenarios do you do best out of? Do you always manage to withdraw from wager free free spins or do you do better when there's a wager attached?

Hello everyone I know we have discussed Live Chat in depth in many threads here but today I have a new question to ask! I find nothing more annoying than going to Live Chat and asking a question only to be told to read their terms and conditions! This has happend to me many times, while other casinos will just give you the answer. Everyone know's I'm a stickler for not reading the t&c's and this isn't about that, it's not that i'm being lazy and just not wanting to read them and even though the answer to my question will be in the t's I am asking customer support for them to tell me the answer! It's so extremely rude in IMO to be told to read the t's and them not give the answer. This leads me to two conclusions: 1. The live chat agent doesn't actually know the answer OR 2. They are just too lazy to tell you Both are outrageous which ever one it is. I have worked in customer service since I was 16 and got my first job in a car insurance firm, i've worked answering the phones, dealing with complaints accessing customer service and never once if I have been asked in my job to answer a question have I told the customer to check their policy documents!! It's just ludicrous! If I didn't know the answer I would always find the answer! That's what customer service is. Customer service means you provide a service to your customer and not tell them to find the answers to their questions themselves! If the live chat agent doesn't know the answer then thats just terrible IMO. If the casino don't train their staff to know the ins and outs of their OWN TERMS then what's the point in even employing staff. I can tell you one thing if I was a live chat agent, whether or not the casino trained me to know their terms I would make it my duty to know them anyway. I would want to be able to answer my customers to the highest standard not fob them off and tell them to read the t's! #NotAcceptable So that's my rant over over for the day anyway. I just wondered whether anyone agreed or even disagreed with me and whether this would bother you or not? Let me know below, or if there is anything else you find unacceptable post it below. P.S To any casino managers reading this post you really should know that this is very bad practise and SO UNPROFESSIONAL! When I am asking Live Chat questions one of the reasons may be because I am deciding wehether or not to deposit, and being told to find my own answers basically is definitely not pursuading me to make a deposit!

Hey everyone So, my question for today is - Have you ever had to withdraw less due to a maximum cashout? I've been very lucky actually or actually you could even call it unlucky! I've only ever once withdrawn on a maximum cashout where I have reached the limit and I had to lose £50. But still got the withdrawal and free cash is free cash! It just got me thinking what some people must feel like say for example if they win a jackpot and then they can only withdraw a portion of it! And those who make a deposit when there is a maximum cashout and then win more than they are allowed to withdraw - that must be the worst. And luckily this has never happened to me! So come on guys has this ever happened to you?

Lately my balance seems to be under a fiver more than anything else. I always seem to hold on to it then for ages until of course I eventually lose it. But choosing a game to play with your balance is so low isn't always an easy task and when you take away the obvious game Starburst which I am sure we would all answer, what other games do you play when your balance is under £5? Who's played Dazzle Me and who likes it? Or hates it? I like it!! The first game it reminded me of was Reel Rush but Valleys says it reminds him of Twin Spin and I suppose it is alike but luckily I don't find it too much alike otherwise I'd never play it coz as u know I'm not a fan of twin spin! I'm definitely going to be spending some time with this game. Hello Everyone, Sorry ive been absent a lot recently I am actually busy with some AG work at the moment, I promise to be back and I do keep an eye on all your threads. I just wanted to share something with you guys and get your opinions on something. For all of you who know me here you will already know this but for those who don't, I openly admit that I am a very lazy gambler. I'd like to think I have experience but I really do slack in some areas. I very rarely read terms and conditions properly, I never check pay tables, RTP and sometimes even security. BUT I will always have a conversation with Live Chat before making a deposit at a NEW casino. For me Live Chat really sells the casino. I need to be able to speak to them in clear English with hardly any barriers. How they are able to communicate and understand me is really important as to whether or not I would make my deposit. I'm the kind of player who likes to know what is happening at every stage. I will ask questions about wagering, what happens after I deposit, game contributions, withdrawals, documents...basically everything I need to know. I also like to speak to them again as soon as I make a withdrawal (if I make one). Before I deposit I have to make sure that myself and the live chat team have a clear understanding. Don't get me wrong, there have been times I have still deposited when I've not been happy with live chat but I'm getting now that this is of utmost importance to me. I just wondered if there was anyone else who is like this? Or if not, what are your most important things you look for before making your first deposit at a casino?
