  1. Wow, thanks for sharing the link. Very interesting. What is strange is that somehow I managed to win on those games LOL!! If only I could play NetEnt and DOA. Maybe someday, if I decide to move to a country that allows it. Until then, I will migrate towards Micrograming, and the many other great choices I am allowed to play. I have felt that FruitZen has gotten a lot colder lately, as well as Good Girl Bad Girl, and More Gold Diggin, but still managed to squeak by at break even or slight loss on those games. The immediate challenge is that if you remove BetSoft from the few casinos who cater to US players (example Slots.lv and Bovada) there isn't a lot left to choose from. That is a big loss for Slots.lv which is a casino I now like very much. Not sure how they will replace those lost games since their options are very limited based on their license and US focus, etc. Maybe they will come up with a good solution. Fingers crossed, I sure hope so. They are my preferred casino when I am in the US. When elsewhere, I go with the casinos who offer many additional choices (microgaming, softswiss, etc)
  2. I have been busy traveling and didn't have much time to login and play. Well I read a post on this forum tonight about how bad online gambling is, which somehow inspired me to dig in and have some fun and prove the anti-gambling population wrong! Just for the sake of perspective, I am up overall with online gaming since I begun 4-5 months ago, so it has certainly been a good experience for me so far. Back to tonight -- I thought about recent casinos I have played at, and recalled BitStarz as being the one with 100% positive experience, so I decided to visit them again. I moved 100 euro out of my previous consolidated winnings from various casinos (some with battles for withdrawals, others like BitStarz totally smooth and effortless withdrawals). My winnings were stashed in bitcoin (which just happened to go up in value around 30% over the course of moving winnings there, so they have gone up quite a bit just sitting there which is a nice bonus for doing absolutely nothing and a much better return than the stock market!!). So with 100 euro I just deposited to Bitstarz I have attached some screen pictures. I played Fruit Zen, Dragons Pearl, Playboy, Bridesmaids, and Rooks Revenge. And the end result is that after a few hours of fun, my balance was up from 100 EURO to 275 EURO. Not only was it fun but I got paid for it! So I just cashed out 250 EURO, and left 25 EURO in my Bitstarz account for more gaming action. Anyone who says this is rigged, I find that belief VERY hard to believe. It just isn't. I got lucky, the odds were fair, they just happened to land in my favor this time. Not always the case, but overall it seems to me that if you stick with your game of choice - eventually (could take a while) there is a nice payday. So for those who have recently posted about great immediate losses on many casinos all at the same time with the same trend and pattern - I have trouble believing the conclusions. Also, it is important to use some strategy with a focus on winning. If you were to approach this for example with an agenda of proving its rigged and a money looser, well I certainly could find a way to loose money. However if your agenda is to win (such as is the case for me) I play with a degree of strategy (not proven to work, and often doesn't, but I tend to stick with games until they pay - which can be a fault but also usually leads to payback in time). Just like the stock market, until you SELL the beaten down stock, or cash in your beaten down balance, its not yet a loss. Keep in mind I have no agenda here, I am just a humble consumer of gaming who finds the odds to be fair and balanced, now rigged or deceptive (assuming you use reputable casinos of course). Okay sorry to digress, back to tonight. I LOVE THIS BITSTARZ!! So efficient, such great service, and such excellent processes. I made a deposit, played with no technical issues, had a few support questions which were answered instantly by online chat, and cashed out the same night, all of this within a few hours. GUESS HOW LONG THE WITHDRAWAL TOOK at 230AM in the morning?????? 2 minutes!!!! And that was WITH STAFF REVIEW!!! WOW!!! They deserve every bit of their great rating on this forum, perhaps even higher. It will be an honor to play and loose or win with them, since so far they have given me the most perfect experience possible. Okay, now off to sleep. 175 EURO richer than I was before I read the post on this forum about online gaming being "rigged". No offense to the author of that post, I enjoyed the information and am not arguing with it - I just have a completely different experience (positive) which seems to undermine any theories that all of this follows pre-determined trends. That's all folks, goodnight.
  3. Best to avoid many things people love to do. Smoking. Drinking. Gambling. etc. Well for me online gambling so far has been fun and also, amazingly, profitable. I haven't gotten rich or hit it big, but I have come out ahead. In fact my return has been better than the stock market! (up instead of down). Overall I am up around 33% since starting, over the last 4-5 months of online gaming. However in land based casinos I am down for the year, quite a bit. However a few days ago I finally hit a progressive of $1200 on a "gold pot" type slot machine with an .88 cent bet, I can never remember what its called, 88 fortunes or something like that. I drove 20 minutes to the Casino and left with a pocket full of hundreds, so perhaps there is some hope in land based after all. But seriously I have experienced much better odds online and less of a "rigging" experience. I just put 100 Euro in bitstarz casino with no bonus and played Playboy and within 5 minutes won 50 euros on a 1.20 euro bet. So I can cash out now at around 140 euros or keep playing, which I will do. But the 100 euro is all profit from previous wins, so either way, win or loose I am up. It's always nice to consider all perspectives and I enjoyed reading the study above, but at the same time my experience has not been one of a rigged environment. However it is wise to stick with casinos with solid reviews. So long story short, in the midst of my late night ramblings, sure its probably healthier not to gamble at all (unless you win, in which case it is VERY HEALTHY), but just like drinking, smoking, and other adult "vices" online gambling is likely to continue for all of time. And I will probably be one to keep on playing until the very end.
  4. Strange that a few days ago slots.lv pulled all of their games that I enjoy the most (fruitzen, more gold diggin etc. etc.). Here is their email broadcast (what a major loss of games): Please note that we are performing a game library update today. We recognize several of these games include progressive jackpots that are very popular with our players, and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. We are currently exploring several options to replace those jackpot games. Please stay tuned for further details this week. Moving forward, the following games will no longer be available: 2 Million BC A Night in Paris After Night Falls Arrival At The Movies Aztec Treasures Back in Time Barbary Coast Black Gold Boomanji Common Draw Roulette Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde Enchanted Event Horizon Fruit Zen Genie's Fortune Gladiator Gold Diggers Gypsy Rose Heist House of Fun It Came From Venus Lost Lucky 7 Mad Scientist Madder Scientist Mamma Mia More Gold Diggin’ Ned and his Friends Once Upon A Time Paco and the Popping Peppers Pinocchio Puppy Love Plus RockStar Rook's Revenge Royal Reels Safari Sam Seventh Heaven Skratcherz SlotFather SugarPop Sushi Bar The Curious Machine The Exterminator The True Sheriff True Illusions Under the Bed Under the Sea Viking Age Virtual RaceBook Weekend in Vegas Who Spun it?
  5. I don't even know what UIGEA is but it sounds like the word UGLY when you try to pronounce it Whatever it is, I sure don't like it. Well couldn't resist so looked it up, whoever thought of this rule should be impeached. Isn't freedom to gamble online a civil right? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unlawful_Internet_Gambling_Enforcement_Act_of_2006
  6. Good point! Well it says processing time 15 minutes for bitcoin and I forget how long for visa fast funds, maybe it says 3-5 days but not sure. However in reality (which you fund out once you click submit) its 72 hours to review it plus 15 minutes to process it once the review is finished. The good news is they (slots.lv) just paid me today so total processing time for bitcoin was 5 days. I am overall happy with this casino now, since they have come through in the end for the second time, and this time no hassle, no back and forth emails, just a 5 day wait and the money was released. I didn't ask for status since that leads to endless emails leading no where so patiently waiting was a better solution, and it worked. No idea how long it may have taken for visa fast funds, since this was done by bitcoin.
  7. Well sadly I have to announce I will never be able to play DOA, unless the rules change someday. I tried really hard, but here is the problem. Since I am from the US, even though I am not in the US, NET ENT is not allowing me to play (according to a few online casinos, since my profile includes the US address). And if I use my overseas address where I currently am playing in my account profile, I would potentially need proof of address in the event I win and want to collect those winnings. The problem is all of my address proof is US based, so I would have to get ID/proof of address where I currently am based, solely for the sake of online gambling verification/withdrawal. Maybe someday I will get motivated to do that, but for now, way too much hassle. So unfortunately Net Ent and therefore DOA is out for now I will continue to search the forum for other games, since the sites I am using the most allow me to play everything but NET ENT. Of course there are some casinos that would let me play NET ENT games, and loose. But if I win - withdrawal would be highly unlikely. So I definitely don't want to go down that road. Darn rules!
  8. Slots.lv withdrawal update...day 4 since bitcoin withdrawal request. Previously verified and previous withdrawal was made, so I am still hoping for fast processing. The website states 15 minutes for bitcoin withdrawal until you click submit, then it states they will review the withdrawal request within 72 hours. Currently I am at 96 hours and counting. HOWEVER this is okay with me, since no emails back and forth or requests to call, so no hassle so far. A bit slow, but if it gets processed in the next few days no complaints from me on this. I do think they should set proper expectations on the withdrawal page, bitcoin withdrawals should not say 15 minute processing time when they have a 72+ hour review time frame for all withdrawals (even after you have been verified and previously withdrawals have been made). But still, I am cool with all of this as long as its a hassle free withdrawal. The catch is that if they just said 3-5 days for a bitcoin withdrawal I think they would be much better off. Under-promise and over-deliver is a much better way to handle in my opinion, rather than setting expectations that will NEVER be met. However since I already know it takes 3-5 days, I am okay with this. I will post an update once something happens, hopefully good news. If so, I am in their corner again.
  9. Quick update - attempting my second withdrawal with Slots.lv, via Bitcoin. I hope this time is smooth, if so, they earn a lot of points for that. I don't know if casinos realize most of us inevitably end up depositing the money again after we withdraw it - it's just nice to know you can get your own money out when you want to. Although their process that is stated AFTER you request bitcoin withdrawal is to review all requests within 72 hours, which is a bit slow for a verified customer using bitcoin in my opinion, as long as I receive it in 3-4 days I will be happy. Their bonus is great, I have to admit that. Since you can keep winning and converting bonus to cash by working off the play through gradually and beating the odds (not easy to accomplish but it can be done). So if they approve and process this withdrawal, I will actually be up with them in real cash terms, which is great. I will update once processed - the clock starts now. Of course if this ends up being another nightmare I will let you all know as well. Fingers crossed for a smooth process with no required phone calls and emails back and forth.
  10. After having jumped headfirst into the world of online gaming, I have found some fundamental challenges as they relate to people either 'from" or physically in the US. I am not in the US myself but fit into the "from" category, so long story short, when I register for a casino my credit cards etc are US based. Because of this, when I am in a non US country that a certain casino allows, I can gamble fine - but when I withdraw I better make sure I have proof of address for wherever it is I have been playing (other than the US), or at least a very good explanation of why I am using a US address and gambling in Hungary or Sweden or wherever it may be. Sometimes when I withdraw funds they want to discuss in detail over the phone where the IP showed I was playing at the time of various wins (even though they allowed me to login from there) and question why I was there, how long I was there, what was I doing there, when I will be back, how often per year I go there, etc. etc. I suppose they are thinking I was using vpn software to trick them into thinking I was somewhere like Netherlands or someplace I was not - in which case I assume they would not pay. If I said "yes I won but I was really in the US at the time and was using VPN software to trick your server" then probably they would not allow the withdrawal. That is more of a tangent from the reason for this post - and a soft warning to those US people who travel a lot as do I, to have your "ducks in a row" when it comes to winning and withdrawing hard earned funds (if lucky enough for that to happen). I have not broken any of the golden rules of online gaming (yet), and have truly only gambled in places where the casino allowed it, so I was ready for this and if not I probably would not have received any winnings. However if I lost it all I doubt they would have given it back. I ask that question for which they never have a good answer. The main reason for this post is about casinos you can use when you are in the US - and the games they offer (or lack thereof). The bottom line is that the selection is very limited when in the US, for online slots. For table games its fine, but for slots, no NET ENT, no DOA, and VERY few to choose from. However there are some I have found to be decent. Fruit Zen Dragons More Gold Diggin' 5 Reel Circus Bulletproof Babes Mr. Vegas Gypsy Rose Green Goblins Good Girl Bad Girl On all of these, while up and down and all over, I am overall up so far. And they are decent games, with good enough return to player stats, and enjoyable (however maybe not for all of time). However to really have fun (which is most of the time since I am rarely in the US) I prefer to use casinos that cater to the various other parts of the world. One example is bitstarz and 7bit casinos. Those work fine since they accept US players, and they accept bitcoin, so its easy to join, and to play (as long as you ARE NOT in the US at the time of playing and especially at the time of WINNING). And winning and withdrawal by Bitcoin works fine also. They let you convert the bitcoin into EURO for example (using a third party instant process), so that you can play games such as NET ENT which does not accept bitcoin. So these are great solutions for US players who are abroad (and there are millions of us who either travel a lot overseas or live overseas, as do I most of the time). I just want to caution fellow US players that if using a VPN from within the US and saying you are someplace you are not, in the unlikely event you win big...be ready to explain why you were in whatever place your VPN software placed you, at length. Without such an explanation, it would be highly unlikely to receive the funds (based on what I have experienced so far). And even if you really are someplace where the casino allows you to play, if you are from the US (using a US address, etc.) also you have to be ready for these questions, as is my case. If anyone has had similar experiences or has other solutions I am not aware of please let me know. Would love to hear from others in similar situations. By the way Video Slots allows US residents who are living in other "allowed" counties to join their casino, but you would need proof of address in the country you are in (possibly) in the event you win and they request to verify you (which is likely). I am probably going to sign up with them soon, once I figure out how to deposit (another separate post gets into that - they don't accept bitcoin sadly, so I am looking at options of which there are a few that seem viable and safe). So in conclusion of this post, if you are physically in the US there are plenty of games to keep you busy (far more than I listed, but those are my favorite available inside the US at this time). Or if you are from the US and travel a lot, you can join and play without issues so many other games and casinos in other allowed countries, as long as you are really where you claim to be - or are good at convincing them you were when you really were not (using vpn software etc). There are some additional hurdles but as long as you are aware of these issues, you can enjoy hassle free depositing and reasonable time frame withdrawals as well, wether you are in the US or wherever you may be at the time.
  11. I haven't tried it but worth digging in. Really want to try video slots. Thanks for the great idea.
  12. They have - I just fear the next withdrawal! But as far as their bonus and player experience they are solid - I just hope the next withdrawal is painless and if so I will post it. The streak slipped backwards a bit but is recovering currently I also have an update on Bovada. My most recent withdrawal I posted about previously (third withdrawal, using bitcoin - 15 minute time frame stated on their site) was just processed today! It only took 4 days and no phone calls or emails needed. Well it isn't 15 minutes but 4 days is better than it could have been. I just think its hard for them to compete with the player experience of some others that really only take 15 minutes for bitcoin withdrawals.
  13. Wow that sure helps! Reminds me of Bovada. Are they all connected somehow lol! I really dread those nightmares since if something can go wrong I am ALWAYS the one who has that happen. Its amazing they didn't just give the money right back after that, the account security is their responsibility ultimately in my opinion. I am not actually in my country most of the time so the rules are a bit hard to keep up with, but for neteller it didn't work at all since even though I was not gambling from my country, neteller wont approve transactions to casinos for anyone from my country, so it was totally useless. There was no way for me to take my money out that I had transferred to neteller so I had to write them a letter and wait for them to cancel my account and basically rescind it and I did receive my money back eventually. I just wish videoslots took bitcoin since the only way I can play there is by using skrill and they have great reviews from so many members here. Maybe I will just wait and hope they take bitcoin eventually. They do accept players from the counties I am in most of the time, so thats not an issue. Thanks again for the feedback.
  14. funny - nice name for a game and good to know its either dead of alive! Well if nothing else maybe I can help subsidize your wins for NetEnt. I still haven't tried - have been on a Fruit Zen cold streak, followed by a few other cold streaks, and just rebounded with a game called Gypsy Rose, so almost ready to take the next step into DOA which I sure hope is ALIVE and not dead.
  15. Great advise, and since its part of Bitcoin it was very annoying. I know I should pursue it, which I may do. I have had so many withdrawal issues lately I need a break from problems so its currently on the back burner. I will save it for a rainy day when I am really bored and ready for more problems to solve. For now, I hit my quota already. I am going to try DOA at bitstarz, fast withdrawals, fair bonuses, and so far 0 problems!
  16. Well after all this great feedback I am ramping up for a serious DOA session. Just lost $500 US at a land based casino for the third time this week, and won $450 this week online in two brief sessions. Not sure why I bother going to land based anymore. Hours of 5 Dragons (Aristocrat) spiraling downward forever. DOA here I come!!
  17. I am new to the world of online winning, and wanted to ask for some feedback on Skrill. I tried using Neteller which didn't work out since I am from the land of milk and honey with more rules than you can perhaps imagine (the place between Canada and Mexico). So Neteller was unusable - unfortunately. I even received their debit card. So before I sign up with Skrill I want to make sure it really works, and do they process your withdrawal requests pretty fast (to credit card or bank account)? Has anyone had big issues with them? Thank you for any feedback.
  18. Playing Fruit Zen just now on Slots. lv. 2.50 bet and was playing around 30 minutes up and down and up and down, overall pretty level with slightly downward trend. Then hit a 2 column wild with a small payout (around 40 dollars) which means one more free spin. I wasn't able to catch the picture of the first 2 column wild since didn't know where it was heading. Then the next spin (free spin) hit a third wild column which is where it gets fun. That brought the win to 4425 credits using a 5 cent coin and playing all ten lines. screen shot attached. So then of course I earned one more free spin since every time you have a new wild column you get one more...and thats where it gets really exciting. The third spin (free again) brought the win to 5575 credits on the 5 cent coin. All together that is 3 spins (one paid at 2.50 and the next two free) for a total combined win of around $290 (5575 credits win on a 50 credit bet) so roughly a 111x return on bet. I just wish I had been betting more! This game has been good to me overall, definitely up since playing it. However this is probably the biggest win I had yet on this game. Taking a break from it now, will try again later or tomorrow:)
  19. accidental post since the pictures didn't make it - reposting now. Sorry.
  20. Well I have to admit something good about slots. lv casino. Their bonus is actually very fair. I do not like the withdrawal process at all and would hate to win a big progressive since who knows what would happen but I suppose they would eventually pay out since so far they have eventually paid (after a lot of headache and uncertainty). But in the end they did pay and I will admit I am now using slots. lv again! I am in a position in which I did very well on their slots and was able to withdraw more than my initial deposit and ALSO have a lot of bonus money left (around $1300). With their bonus as I continue to win it goes into available cash which is nice. So a few days ago when they unfroze my account I had 0 withdrawable balance and as I have kept playing and winning it has gone up to around $100 withdrawable. So with their bonus the excess winnings can be taken out which is nice. Unlike another casino I won't mention here where nothing can be taken until a massive play though is met. So bottom line I am now playing slots. lv again and I am enjoying consistent wins and have brought the 1300 up to around 1700 and am striving to hit the bonus play through (half way there) which would convert it all to cash that can be taken. So for now I am happy with them EXCEPT for a very very bad withdrawal experience (multiple repetitive verifications and slow speed). But....it would be unfair to not give them this positive plug. Their bonus rocks compared to many others - you can take out the winnings even with bonus money left, and play the bonus money into more withdrawable cash. That is pretty cool. So lets see if this slots. lv negative feedback turns overall positive soon - if I manage to win and cash out again I will certainly let everyone know. For Bovada I am still waiting for the 15 minute bitcoin withdrawal that will take 48 hours for them to review. I have learned to be patient and not stress and just wait and maybe they will process it without the need for meaningless phone calls and back and forth emails for days (nice people on the phone but they have no information ever). So if they pay me in a few days without having to talk to them 3-4 times again that will be a relief. My opinion and what I would do if I owned Bovada is this. I would simply tell people on the withdrawal screen that withdrawals take 3-10 days to process (including bitcoin). Whatever happened to under promise and over deliver? Why do they have to publicly market fast withdrawals that they know they cannot possible fulfill? Is this their fault or is the nature of the business that if they told the truth up front (be patient, withdrawal take 3-10 days but you will receive them) maybe no one would ever sign up? Do they have to mislead you to earn customers? If so can we blame them or is this the nature of the business? Well I still blame them and think they are better off setting proper expectations first. I loose a LOT OF MONEY in casinos (land based) and would if they are lucky do the same there if I did not have to feel like I am getting screwed over every time I try to take my money out that I am lucky enough to win. So in my opinion they should all be straight about true withdrawal times. Why say 15 minutes for a bitcoin withdrawal when the second you press submit it says they will review it within 48 hours (even after verification etc etc)? Broken promise immediately, already making people mad the second you press submit on a withdrawal request (the post-withdrawal landing page says 48 hours to review it, yet the previous screen says 15 minutes time frame for the withdrawal). If they told the truth about the time frame before you submit the request I would have nothing to complain about, it would be on me.
  21. I have learned not to expect the money as quick as they say when making the withdrawal, so that helps a bit. Have not yet heard from Bovada a few days after the most recent bitcoin withdrawal but hoping I don't have to call them again. Usually they want to talk about it first but only during their business hours etc and long holds with no answers in the end. So I am trying to forget about it and see if it goes through in a few days. With bitstarz paying in 10 minutes for bitcoin its hard to settle for 4 days with Bovada, but as you said, remaining calm and not expecting it soon is the solution. For those new to it of course when they say 15 minutes you think its true. I have learned. The only ones so far that have been fast for me are 7bit and bitstarz. I have tried bovada, slots. lv, and the two mentioned, as well as bitcoin casino. Bitcoin casino is probably fast to withdraw but I never got to try due to some bonus issues but it is a nice look and feel casino, and easy to deposit.
  22. Thanks for the warm welcome. I will definitely dig into DOA soon. Have been busy with a few other games that keep paying - fruit zen mostly. But ready for something new. DOA sounds great, nice reviews from all of those who managed to win!
  23. Thanks for the very helpful replies. I just am shocked they changed the bonus T&C AFTER I put money into the bonus, without telling me. Isn't that unusual? I sure hope so. If they change the bonus AFTER you sign up for it but subject you to the new rules it seems hard to count on any bonus. This is the first time this has happened to me fortunately. It was 30 days when I signed up and deposited and claimed the bonus. Then became 7 days only after they took the money back. But they did reinstate it with stricter terms only after i threatened to complain to the license authority. Initially they said they could not help even though the T&C changed AFTER I claimed the bonus since after all it did change, and I was subject to the new changes even though they happened after I claimed it, I was still responsible for the new terms etc etc. So not sure how to avoid this if they change things after you already claim the bonus. Makes me not want to count on any bonus honestly if they can do that. Have you ever heard of this happening before? I will say it was very easy to deposit to this casino And the look and feel of the site is crisp and clean and basically the same theme as bitcoin itself. So no complaints as to the platform, the design, the game selection is also great. I just don't like signing up for a 30 day bonus and having them take all money after 7 days and then changing the T&C from 30 to 7 days only after I threatened to complain to the license authority. Really won't try them again after that.
  24. Thanks much, excellent advise. I did contact them and they are great (Softswiss). However since it is a privately run casino its up to the operator how they run their bonus etc. I won't pursue it further since I ran the money down to 0 on my way out so its pretty much a closed case at this point. I just won't trust that particular casino again. But I do use another one that is powered by them and they are top notch as you said. I just wanted to put this out there, since it was a big disappointment. I am new to online gaming as well so it was a bad welcome experience. Definitely learned a lot from it and am VERY careful about bonuses now.
  25. I just want to share my unfortunate experience with this new casino. It is an extension of the bitcoin. com url (casino. bitcoin. com) When I joined I read their T&C and bonus rules and they had a 30 day expiration on their bonus, so seeing that as being reasonable I made a deposit and started playing, mostly due to the bitcoin brand and inherent trust I felt I could have for them. Overall I was enjoying the new casino and was doing pretty good. I was up, so my balance exceeded the bonus + my initial deposit. All seemed okay until 8 days after deposit date when I logged in and the bonus as well as all money was gone. I checked the T&C again and the bonus fine print and it still said 30 days for the bonus, so it made no sense why the money was gone. I immediately complained to their customer service, and after a few days of back and forth emails with no helpful information they finally replied that I should review the new T&C of the bonus that changed since I signed up. I did so and after taking my money and after a few days into my complaint they had changed it to 7 days (instead of 30)! So I dug in and kept complaining and threatened to take it to the license authority etc and they eventually reinstated the funds after a lot of stress and hassle. At first I thought okay they fixed it all is well. However this was a deposit based bonus, and in my experience with deposit based bonuses you can withdraw the excess of the current balance over the bonus amount. Other casinos do this - but they seemed to change the play through when they changed the T&C and reinstated my bonus and balance and basically it was not possible to withdraw any funds. Prior to them taking the funds back I did have a withdrawable balance. And it looked like they reset my playthrough and changed it to 50x from a previous lower level. I thought it was around 35x when I joined. Anyway it was a real headache and once they reinstated the funds I was not able to withdraw anything. And at 50x play through it sure wasn't easy, and they would not let me cancel the bonus or take out funds so I gave up at that point, even though I had not yet used my initial deposit, and played to 0 and left the casino never to return. They seemed to think they had done me a big favor by reinstating the bonus and funds, and my deposit bonus was essentially treated as most casinos treat a no deposit bonus in my opinion. This was a really bad experience and I was shocked they first took my money for no reason and later changed the T&C fine print only after I complained. Also that their bonus rules were so strict it was really much better to never take the bonus in the first place. How can a 7 day expiration bonus with a 50x playthrough requirement work out favorably especially when you can't even withdraw when you are up or remove the bonus? This really put a negative spin on bonuses for me, currently I am playing with no bonus elsewhere. I won't be playing at the bitcoin casino again for sure. However I also want to mention I have received bonuses elsewhere that were handled fairly per the T&C and they worked out quite well. But I DO NOT like the fact they can simply change the bonus terms after you sign up for it.
