  1. They have handled it very well. No complaints. Already depositing there again.
  2. Great point about money afi4wins. I may have money to play but not money to loose On the above bonus CoCo I am at 68% and 500 mBTC. Long ways to go but getting closer. The final stretch is perhaps hardest and most painful. All it takes is one loosing play though and it's all gone. dragons coin and diamond monkey destroyed me (amatic). Luckily Twerk (endorphina) was kind, as was isoftbet's Kawaii kitty.
  3. Thanks for the responses. However as I understand it this is Bitcoin itself I am referring to. I'm assuming Bitcoin owns the domain Bitcoin.com and this particular casino is an extension of their domain - games.bitcoin.com. So I'm assuming it would be reputable but maybe I'm wrong? Unless the Bitcoin.com site is not actually associated with Bitcoin? Thanks for the post about missing money using blockchain. Good to know, for sure a reason to be very careful.
  4. I stumbled on Bitcoin's casino recently, games.bitcoin.com. So far I have not deposited any BTC to take it for a test drive. I have tried a few times in practice mode, and not able to make any imaginary money that way quite yet. The slots seem very limited, only one slot that I can find so far. Maybe I am missing a whole assortment of slots however. I really haven't dug in very far. I wanted to ask if anyone has tried this casino, or any other blockchain based casinos, and if so have you had any luck there? They seem to offer higher payouts, and complete transparency. I would love to hear some success stories if any are out there. Until then, I will probably stick with my usual casinos.
  5. A few from yesterday...I did not attach the loosing screen shots which if I did, you would see that I lost more than I won ..but it was fun while it lasted I attached Kawaii Kitty which I have to apologize for, its only around 60x winning, but such a cool picture I had to include it! !
  6. Definitely agree! Hopefully I will resist. Unfortunately I have five casinos within 30 minutes drive so not always easy. Currently working on a bonus conversion online, around 600 euro and 47% complete. I have yet to meet a play through so really hoping this is the time! I sure wish I could play NetEnt, tried many of their games on practice sessions a few days ago and they are AWESOME! Really bummed out to be in the wrong country for them.
  7. Thanks for the responses. As much as I hate to admit it after positing the above, I decided (once again to my demise) to visit a few land based casinos. Just a spontaneous decision, had some time, and decided to jump into the trenches to battle it out against the odds. Outcome....Lost around 2,000 euro in one night and didn't have much fun doing it. The food was good, the service friendly, other than that, it was a downhill spiral from beginning to end. I was actually down quite a bit more and was fighting to get back to where I started. Some nice rebound wins left me at 2k euro down and in the end at around 3am I had to pull the plug, and run before things got even more ugly. When will I ever learn LOL
  8. This just in a few minutes ago...if only the A was a Horse or a Mongol Warrior! Playing Mongol Treasures at BitStarz. Around 300x bet, not bad.
  9. So the advice is....when your winning keep playing and when your loosing run? Definitely makes sense, the only realistic way to win big is to follow the lucky streak. Maybe thats why I always win small, and loose big Playing it way too safe. Here is a win just now....Mongol Treasures. 300 mBTC bet, 92400 mBTC win. I want to take the money and run...but tempted to give your advice a test drive.
  10. Your right about that. That's my problem, when I am loosing I can't stop until I win. And when I am winning I want to stop before I loose it.
  11. I have recently gone back and forth a lot between land based and online gambling. What I have found is that overall I prefer online for an ongoing long term hobby. Land based is definitely fun for an occasionally run, but in my personal experience I tend to loose a lot more due to....totally loosing control (spending, time, logic, sanity, etc.). When online, I am in a much better position to manage the cost, the losses or wins, as well as walking away. It is so much easier to close my computer then it is to pack up and walk out of a casino. Fortunately I have not lost much online, but also I haven't won much. This is a balance I am really comfortable with, since I really enjoy the online games (great visuals, sound affect, and totally engaging). I have seen huge wins by others, so I know it can be done. I have had some good wins, but usually spend it back down to break even or less. The selection at a land based casino is much more limited, in terms of available slots. Online there is so much available. Land based gaming environments can be fun, but then you have to go there, park, endure smoke if you don't happen to enjoy that, and other distractions (some good and some not so much). Online you control your environment, and I personally find it a lot more fun than watching TV However in the universe of online casinos, I have found it very helpful to have the sidebar listing other players wins in real time (or close to it). This gives me hope when I am down, or convinces me to run depending on how others seem to be doing. Of course you don't know what they are betting, but you can get a general idea if hot streaks are happening, or not. I have won a lot more in land based casinos, several $2000+ euro progressives, nothing huge but enough to make it VERY FUN. However I have also lost control and lost so much more in land based casinos. One in particular, I lost around 10,000 Euro in a few weeks on slots. It is also great that if something goes wrong in the online gambling world, there is recourse, such as filing a complaint with this website. I just wanted to share my perspective on the differences, and as a long term gambling junkie, who is relatively new to online, I find it overall to be a heck of a lot better in so many ways.
  12. I sure wish I could play NetEnt. I may even consider moving to a country that allows it I am very limited, but Amatic overall is pretty satisfying. I had a nice win streak last night after BitStarz's credit I mentioned above. The 1 BTC is now up to 1.7 BTC. I feel a bit guilty about it, but I did tell them via chat I was going to try to get it up to 19.55 BTC, and they didn't mind at all. Amatic seems to handle larger bets favorable, overall (or maybe just a lucky run, not sure). However on BetSoft's Fruit Zen it seems to absolutely hate my large bets, and More Gold Diggin doesn't respond great either. Maybe just random luck though, who knows.
  13. Agree 100%. Stubborn and spoiled. He is used to taking all of my money. Glad to see him paying you nicely. I may give that a try tonight.
  14. Good news, BitStarz explained everything in detail and I now understand what happened. It was a series of unfortunate events, both for me and for them. In the end they handled it very well, and I am going to use the 1 BTC concession they gave me to try to win 20 BTC. Lets see how fast the money is gone, or maybe (fingers crossed) I will get lucky with a mega win.
  15. Wow those Amatic wins are driving me crazy! I have been trying to get Billionaire to do that for an eternity and never came even close. Awesome screen shots!
  16. Well Johnny your insults and unfounded statements are not entirely surprising, there are plenty of people in this world with negative outlooks thats for sure. Fortunately I am not one of them. I am very pleased with BitStarz handling of this, given their reply to my complaint. Not sure how Johnny would feel if he was playing and won 19 BTC and then it disappeared. Of course I knew the odds were against me in meeting the play through, as I went from 19.55 BTC to 24 BTC then down to 14 BTC. I was ready to rebound and get it up to 30 BTC but most likely in the end I would have ended up with 0. Still, playing and loosing would have been satisfying (the thrill of the chase) and it would have been completely my responsibility to loose it all, or get lucky and win some or all or more of it in the end. Having it just vanish really did hurt, not sure if Johnny is blind to that or just wants to rain more negativity on this situation but regardless of haters BitStarz in their long and detailed explanation really left me with a positive take on this, and the 1 BTC free and clear is great, as I will use that to hopefully win the 19.55 BTC again. It sounds like it was a malfunction which I had no idea had happened as I had never played this game before, and there were sure a whole lot of wild dragons showing up and winnings, and I have never fully grasped mBTC and BTC denominations, etc. I usually play in Euro but Bitstarz said this bonus would have to be in BTC so I accepted that happily but really am not a mBTC expert. Anyway after the wins I searched online and found someone who had won around 22 BTC on around 100 euro of betting on this game, so it seemed I was not the only one who had turned a small bet into a big win on this game. So regarding Johnny's statements its all utter nonsense, but as far as BitStarz I am happy with them and am going to try to turn this 1BTC into something much bigger. In my opinion their handling of my complaint was a best in class customer service experience.
  17. I am also confused by mBTC conversion but that win was around $1750 US on a $3.50 bet. Diamonds are the highest. A video would be better...lots of sparkle, flashes, and sound affects go along with that win. So around a 500x payout.
  18. The attached are screen shots of wins over the last 72 hours....best win streak in my life. These come from several providers, including Amatic, Endorphina, and Betsoft. The balances are in bMTC so don't get too excited when you look at my balance. The 500 mBTC bet I was placing on most of these is around 3.5 Euros. Games include Diamonds on Fire, Diamond Monkey, Dragons Pearl, Fruit Zen, Mongol Treasures. Trying to make this happen again and so far no luck on duplication
  19. more great advice haha. The attached win sure hurts a lot to loose....this was part of the streak they deleted....
  20. I am in need of a new casino. I am just curious if anyone has advise on choosing one. I can use the top rated casinos on AskGamblers.com, and maybe choose #1. However I would rather hear from anyone willing to share which they feel, at this point in time, is their favorite one or two. I prefer one that accepts bitcoin since that makes deposits and withdrawals easy. I have read a lot about Video Slots which is highly recommended here, but I don't see them in the top few rated on this site. However great ratings and personal suggestions may not always be the same. Some people love casinos but may never submit reviews. Possible top ratings on the site means fewest complaints? I had a bad experience at my previous favorite casino and am looking for one that players recommend, with a good variety of games, and positive experience on quick withdrawals is a plus. Thank you in advance for any ideas!
  21. thanks for the quick reply. Well for their weekly 80 free spin bonus it doesn't specify which games in their terms. When they credit the bonus each week, the bonus tells you which games it can be used on in the title. It varies from week to week. They seem to promote various games through the weekly "Wednesday Free Spin Bonus" that you have to deposit and wager to qualify for each week. I deposited 150 euros and had to wager it all which I did, to earn the 80 free spins. This weeks bonus was called "Dragon King bonus" and they said it had to be used on Dragon King (by customer service chat), and when opening the game the 80 free spin banner opened up and the spins began. So its really hard to believe it was the wrong game. I think that argument is 100% false. I did just complain via AskGamblers.com. Yes the win streak was great, 19.55 BTC up to 24 BTC! Still had 93% left to wager but with 27 days to go there was plenty of hope. But at the very least it would have been a lot of fun trying and I would rather have tried and lost it all myself then have them just take it.
  22. It really sucks mate. I was loving Bitstarz, even before this big win. They became my only casino and replaced several others since they were awesome to work with leading up to this. Its my first big win with them so I was really excited. Time to buy a bottle of something strong and avoid the internet for a few days
  23. Unfortunately Bitstarz just took the bonus funds back 3 days into it, claiming they credited me with the wrong bonus. The 80 free spins they gave me for Game Art/Dragon King was incorrect they claim, and they say they should have given me 80 free spins for a different game provider instead. So no more bonus. Major disappointment. Thanks for the insight anyway. Now I need to find a new casino, not going to give them anymore money after this. Video Slots seems to be highly recommended here, will move there.
  24. Thanks for your advise, I appreciate it a lot. Unfortunately Bitstarz just took the bonus back. They claim the "Dragon King Bonus" was not supposed to be used on the game Dragon King, but was intended for other game providers. Even though they told me I had to play it on Dragon King, which I did and won, and even though its called Dragon King Bonus....they took back the money and said it was an error and it should not have been for the game Dragon King. So no more bonus....back to square 1.
  25. Update to my post... I have questioned Bitstarz further and emphasized its totally unfair to take back the bonus..... why?.....since (1) their customer service told me I had to play the 80 free spin bonus on Dragon King and (2) The bonus itself is called "Dragon King Bonus" (I have screen shots), and (3) I played the bonus as directed by their customer service and won on that game specifically, and (4) I did not violate any of their bonus terms, and finally...(5) this is a bonus I had to play and succesfully wager real money on to earn the free spins, so it is not a free bonus. So now they are saying not only was the bonus itself given in error (they insist it was supposed to be for 80 free spins on other games, not including Game Art), but they are also now claiming the win itself was also an error. I don't know how the bonus being used on Game Art is a valid out for them....their customer service told me via live chat that it was to be used for Dragon King by Game Art, the bonus itself is called Dragon King Bonus, and when I accessed Dragon King to play it the 80 free spins automatically kicked in on the Dragon King game...so how can all of that be an error? A customer service error, plus a system error, and a platform error, and a bonus title error, and now they are also saying its a payout error as well? Hard for me to believe all of that. Anyway, I am very disappointed. I just wanted others to read this so that if the same happens with you on Bitstarz, there are no false hopes of the bonus being honored, etc. Bitstarz is saying they won't give the bonus funds back, but they will give me 80 free spins on another game....I don't plan to accept that offer, not a fair trade off at all.
