      I few days ago I qualified for the Bitstarz Wednesday Free Spin bonus. This is a bonus they have weekly, that you have to make a deposit of a certain amount, and wager that amount, in order to qualify for a free spin bonus. I deposited the required amount (150 euro) and wagered it all, in order to earn 80 free spins. When chatting with their customer service (since the free spin bonus did not show up as it is supposed to in my account) they informed me that they added it while we were chatting, and that I would have to play it on their game called Dragon King by Game Art. I then activated the bonus and played. I was very exited when during the free spins I won 19.55 BTC! This was my biggest win, and it really made my decade! I then proceeded to play as hard and strategically as possible, in order to convert the bonus to cash through the 40x play through. After several days I was at around 8% conversation on the wagering, and thins were going well overall. I went from 19.55 BTC to 24 BTC then down to 15 BTC. With 27 days to go I felt I had a chance to earn at least some of this monster win. Then today I was shocked when I logged in to my account and saw a 0 balance. No email, no call. Just a 0 with no explanation. I then opened a chat with their service and was told that they cancelled the bonus since I was given the wrong bonus, it should not have been for Game Art games, but instead should have been for other providers, so the win was void. This is very disappointing for a few reasons. #1 since I played with the winnings for several days without anyone contacting me to tell me anything was wrong, and I literally spent probably 25 hours playing intensely as a result. #2 since I had to find out by logging in and seeing the balance was 0 #3 since I am really sure the only reason they took the funds is because I won big; if I had lost I am sure they would not have given me free spins on other games due to the alleged error. #4 since I had stopped playing at other casinos and really trusted Bitstarz, it is a big swing from being one of their fans to suddenly having the honeymoon crushed in the way that gives so many other casinos a bad reputation #5 I am now concerned on a trust level, since in reviewing their history of big wins around 90+% are from a single player, who must be affiliated with the casino. How else would one player win 90% of the time on all of their 18BTC+ wins? So I have lost trust in them, which means I won't trust them with my $$ anymore. Given all of this I will no longer play at Bitstarz. I will also complain to their license authority although I am pretty sure that won't get me anywhere. After all their bonus terms pretty much say they can cancel a bonus anytime for any reason, and if you win big, it looks like thats what they will do to avoid risking having to pay it out. I though they were different, but not I realize they are not. I really question the wisdom of playing with bonuses at all now. It seems its just for fun, not something you can really win big on or count on - high wagering requirements and if you win big they will find a way to cancel it, even if you manage to meet the wagering needed, etc. So much time is spent promoting bonuses for online casinos but whats the point if you really can't come out ahead? For me it was a lot of wasted time, more importantly totally crushed excitement, and the undermining of the whole premise upon which I place my money and trust in an online casino.

      Thank you for the feedback. Regarding max bet the terms say max 5 if using euro or US and max 25 mBTC (.025 BTC) if using Bitcoin. So it seems 25 mBTC is ok (which is around $18 US. Seems high. Will let you all know how it goes.

      Found it. 25 mbtc max bet so around $18 USD. Do you think the winnings on free spins are pretty safe or do they also tend to confiscate winnings from free spins if you win over a certain amount? I hope not. One more question if you don't mind. Generally speaking do you think larger bets tend to lower odds? It sure seems like smaller bets win free games etc with a greater frequency but maybe I'm wrong. Up to 3% conversion lol. This won't be easy.

      Is there a max bet for bonuses that if you exceed, the wins are void? I read the terms and can't find a max bet listed but maybe I missed it. So maybe a $4-$5 usd bet is too much? That would make it hard to earn the bonus unless I do 24/7 auto play

      Hello, thanks for the quick reply. The win (converted from BTC to usd) was close to 14,000 and I am up to 15,500 now. Game options include endorphina, amatic, betsoft, softswiss, and game art. Thank you for any wisdom on this. I'm not used to winning so big. It's a good problem to have trying to earn the bonus.

      Well the good news is....I FINALLY had a HUGE win! The not so great news is that it was on bonus funds so I have roughly a 600 BTC playthrough Any advice on how to earn this bonus? Playing games with a fairly level payout at max bet? Has anyone succeeded in converting bonus wins to real cash of this magnitude? The clock is ticking, there is a limited window to earn it before it expires. 24/7 auto play at max bet? Something tells me the money would be gone when I wake up. Any game advise? I am not in a country that allows net ent or NYX unfortunately. Well, I've managed to convert 2% of the bonus so far and lost 4% of the winnings to do so. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

      Just looking for any feedback on games from this provider, including if you know their RTP for any of their games such as Dragons Pearl, Lucky Coin, Golden Book, etc. I have had pretty good luck with them but lately they seem to have gone pretty cold (as has everything for me lol). Interested to know what you think of these games. I cannot play NetEnt sadly due to country restrictions, so looking for my next best friend in gaming choices.

      I am getting concerned about this casino ever since they pulled all Betsoft games a few weeks ago. In its place they added several new games, and I can't figure out who makes them. Lucky charms. Demi Gods. And a few others. Ever since the move on free games across their universe of slots I don't win more than 15-25x bet. They used to average 50-100x bet on free games. Free games have always been hard to get and seem much harder now on both new and old games. That's okay as long as free games pay but for two weeks and around 40 free games every single one has paid out no more than 25x bet. And during normal gameplay a $2.50 bet with a $15 win is considered a big win and a $25 win is called a mega big win. During free games on bulletproof babes (one of their newer games) on a $2 bet I am averaging $20-$35 in winnings. Used to be $100-$200. And on one of their old games Dragons I am averaging $10-$30 on free games at a $1.25 bet (used to always pay $50-$175). Both of these games are very hard to hit free games on, so with a 20x payout the math doesn't work. I am wondering if they retained games they are able to calibrate as far as free game payouts and got rid of those they couldn't (betsoft). And if the reason they dumped betsoft is because they were loosing too much money on those games. In any case I would love feedback from anyone else who plays at this casino. It seems impossible to win here now, before it was quite reasonable and I was winning overall. Now I'm always loosing and even when I'm lucky enough to get a free game it still doesn't ever come close to paying even 25% of what it cost to get the free game. Hopefully they go back to their old ways so I can enjoy playing there again. For now it just doesn't make sense.

      I just finished some travel that included several land based casinos. It was actually a good run, I am surprised to report. Some highlights: 100% Slot Machine Wins (no tables) $820 progressive (Major) $880 progressive (Major) $1120 progressive (Major) Biggest Win $1640 from free spins. The included picture is only the second of 10 free spins in this session, and with 11 Gold this was a $1400 payout with just this one spin. All in all it ended up over $1640. I can never remember what this particular game is called, but all wins reported in this post are from the same game (but a collection of maybe 25 machines from 5 different casinos). Overall, with plenty of ups and downs, I ended up around $2200 USD over this week. It cost around $1000 to win the $2200 net profit. At the same time, I won around $400 at Bit Starz over a few days when home from the land based casinos, so it was a profitable gambling week for me. Total cost to win the $400 was around $150. If only it could be like that every week, it would be a great full time job.

      I just had another free game session with Dragons on Slots.lv (took about an hour to hit free games) and with a $1.25 bet won around $25. This has been consistent lately on this and other games with Slots.lv since the removed the many titled mentioned above. Even the games that remained and that used to pay more, all seem to pay much less. That's how its been lately, just not enough. And playing their new games, just hit a BIG WIN on DEMI GODS which was a $10 payout with a $1.25 bet and a MEGA-BIG win which is $22.50. Also hit what appeared to be a fairly big win during regular game play on DEMI GODS and won around $19 (screen print attached - this was also called a MEGA BIG WIN). Very hard to get ahead when a mega big win is 20x bet. Not sure why the payouts seem so low lately. PLEASE SOMEONE prove me wrong, tell me you have won more since they rolled out the new games and took away my favorites at this casino (fruit zen and more gold diggin).       I just want to mention that despite how bad the return to player has been on the removed games as mentioned through the linked analysis above - I actually did pretty well on those games. Now that they are removed from slots.lv I am no longer able to experience big wins. FruitZen, More Gold Diggin', and some of the others are the games I would occasionally win 100x-150x bet. With the games that are left, I seem to get 20x bet best case scenario during free games. So overall since the departure of the games listed above, my winning has turned to loosing. Its not any easier to get free games, and when I do their payout is awful (usually on a $1 bet around $15-$20 return). Not sure if its just random luck but the trend has gone on for several weeks since this happened, and maybe 40+ free games later, I am getting convinced that without the removed games, there isn't much chance to win. They did add several new games that I really enjoy playing, but their free game payout has been consistently awful (15-20x bet), and during normal game play also nothing big happens. They have a version of a game that is somewhat like DOA, but the big wins are like $30 on a $2.50 bet (it says Mega Win at 12x bet apparently). So not sure where this is going to lead, so far it is leading me elsewhere I am sorry to say. I do like this casino now, as far as their payment processing etc. I just hope the game selection either improves or some of the removed titles come back. BitStarz still has FruitZen, etc., and it seems many others do also. Anyway, I will keep you all posted on what happens next.

      You are very welcome. I did have an initial headache since I thought 3-5 days really meant 3-5 days, and the initial verification was very slow and a hassle. But once that hurdle was overcome, since then I have made many withdrawals and always within 4 days. So knowing they will pay, they do pay, and the money will be there in a reasonable time - has earned my loyalty in their corner. Also I feel they are highly legitimate, game odds seem consistent with industry return to player stats, etc. So they are a trustworthy place to play. However, they just removed all Betsoft games due to a concern over their stats (posted somewhere else on this forum, lots of issues) so loosing them is a bit of a setback since there are already so few choices for US players within the US. They are working on more options and increased jackpots in their primary games (Bulletproof Babes, etc.) so they are working on it. Anyway, at least you can trust them.

      In my personal experience, payout FAST isn't truly an option within the US - so I will answer your question within the context of what I have experienced. Fast globally can mean a matter of minutes, but fast for a legitimate online casino that accepts and actually pays US players (and allows you to play from within the US) I find Slots.lv to be the best. Fast? Well relative to others, yes. Relative to what I think fast should be? Not so much. On average it takes around 4 days AFTER you have been verified. I had experiences with others that took 2+ weeks. So I feel confident in telling you slots.lv is pretty solid as far as fast payouts relative to what is available to US players. And by the way I have won so many times with them, I am always withdrawing and never depositing. Not a bad thing to have happen. Good luck, if you find something different please let me know.

      Here is part II of this post. I went back into BitStarz.com with my 25 EURO I left behind and played a bit of Platinum Lightening at .5 euro bet, and with some ups and downs ended up at 30 EURO. Then decided to try Lucky Coin.
