      The way I see it, the player might received a no deposit free spins bonus or maybe a free chip for signing up. Like I said before, most of no deposit bonuses might be limited. The player had a massive luck and managed to clear the wagering but the cashout was probably limitied to $100 and a minimum deposit was required in able to cashout the winnings. The casino only paid out the max cashout from the bonus money plus his deposit. I'm not Sherlock Holmes but this is what I think what happened. But I could be wrong though.

I have won big time twice from a NO deposit bonus and unfortunately i could not keep all of them.
