      I believe those 2 casinos are blacklisted so we are aware of them and try to avoid them. Most of RTG casinos are rogue, they keep giving players excuses for not paying them. The most used excuse was and might still is 'multiple accounts'. Back in the day a RTG casino refused to pay my winning of 2K because I had a multiple accounts with them. I was a newbie then and it is impossible to have a multiple accounts. I guess they dislike beginners luck.       I know what the problem was with the chat, no one were using emoticons However, I am sure it was not her intention to be rude, she just did not have the information you requested. My guess is that she wasn't informed well. In the end there's only 1 person responsible for this and it is not her. Being a chat moderator could be harsh sometimes, players are eager to get upset when something did not go as they expected.

      That's an idea but I think players don't need to ask for freebies. I got plenty free spins from other casinos, sometimes two days in a row from the same casino.       Is it me or are more and more casinos are cheapskates? I am a member of a lot of casinos and I am also a regular depositor.
