I have experience the same and it is wise to cash out the winnings of your bonus money first and then play with your deposit money.       I suppose you never play there again if you are not satisfied with them. Your bad luck had nothing to do with the casino itself like I said before. Casinos do not own the games and therefore if the outcome of your gaming session is disappointing it's simply bad luck. One time I have played about 300 spins without any bonus round triggered. I lost 450 euro within an hour. At first I couldn't believe it but it is possible to have the worst luck ever. A few days later I gave the game a second chance and I managed to win my losses back with a small winning at the same casino.
