      Casumo has always been my favorite It's a very happy, colorful casino. The best thing about them has been always the friendly support staff. Well, I love the mascotte, that fat, happy face, white sumo wrestler. I would like to see them in every game, animated.       Hello there and welcome to Askgamblers First I would like to say that you are not the first and unfortunately also won't be the last for having bonus terms issues. I would like to know if you have read the terms of the bonus you claimed? Nowadays it's a mandatory to read them because when you claim a bonus, you are no longer playing with your own money. Claiming a bonus means you are playing with their money and there are some certain rules attached to it. Terms are rarely given via email, most of the time you have to visit their website and look for them. Some casinos are more tricky than the others, that's why you have to dig into their website and read the T&C's. We all dislike reading because we just want to play, right? But in order to prevent future issues, we don't have other choice.

      Well, I really can't say because it was my first winning and it was within 5 spins but Habanero is a good gaming provider in my opinion. I have played several of their games and I must say that I really love them. Looks a bit old but still fun.

      Verifying account shouldn't take more than 2 days in my opinion (ex. weekend). Sometimes casinos only check your documents only when a withdrawal is requested. If you think it took too long then you should contact them about it. I always send my documents first before making my deposit and if it takes too long, I simply contact them and request it to be processed asap because without verified account I won't play.

      Normally the word 'real' is showed at the bottom left of the game but I didn't noticed the text above the balance though since the balance a bit distracting I really thought it was $215.981 but now I see it wasn't , it was still a nice win though!

      To be honest, I think most of players think the same whenever a gaming provider updating/upgrading their games, there will be some changes, mainly on the RTP part. For example, it occurred to me that some games didn't pay as much as before their upgrade/update. Bonus money/deposit bonus are restricted to jackpot games after the update/upgrade and this also applies to a game that has a very high potential like Dead or Alive. Sure, there are some casino out there allowing us to play all games with bonus money but there are a few of them. Rare and scarse. I still play MG games now and then but I have lost some interest in them because they didn't even try to compete with their 'rivals'. Their games have same gameplay, graphics etc. Keep in mind that this is my opinion, how I see MG nowadays.

      Yes I am aware of BKR, so my advise to you is to pay your bills first and then play . You are entitled to your own opinion about everything, so feel free to share your experience with us I don't think casinos will be blacklisted simply because the long payouts time frame.

      Actually, I posted a topic about my experience with a high rated casino about a month ago. They have lightning fast payouts, like within an hour. One day, I had to wait about 40 hours to get paid and I end up quit playing there. Not because the late payment...well, I guess a little bit but mostly because the unprofessional behaviour of the support agent. If they still don't pay within the given time then you should file a complaint here or send them hunderds of emails about it

      Sorry, I was assuming that we all want to get our money asap But still, I don't think that's fair to put them in the blacklist, just simply don't give them your money I honestly dislike to wait longer than needed and I been there and never play there again. About a decade ago, I had to wait 4 days minimum to get paid and sometimes also a week. There was no instant withdrawals back then and you don't have other choice than to wait...wait...and wait.

      I do agree with you that payouts should processed as fast as the withdrawals but I do believe that casinos are trying to make this happen. For example ; instant withdrawal via e-wallet, skrill one-touch ( 1 click payment ), withdrawal lock. Casinos with these kinda features are the best casinos in my opinion and I strongly believe that more and more casinos are planning to have them too because 'competetions'/'rivals' and that including the land based casinos. I think online casinos will get better features in the future. Putting the casinos with long withdrawal time frames, reverseable withdrawals and pending periodes to the blacklist doesn't sound fair to me because they eventually pay their players. If you don't like their payments programs then I suggest you play only at casinos with the better payments program. Personally I don't play at casinos with long withdrawal time frame anymore. I hope in the future, e-wallet account could be directly linked to the casino/gaming provider which makes withdrawal request superfluous.
