      I've been offered a lot from casinos that really have the cheapest bonuses ever. For example : a casino offered me 10 free spins worth of €0,2 each for a deposit of minimum €20. Get 15 free spins on deposit of €30. That's just plain awful and I would never accept something ridicul like that. When I claim a free spins bonus, I always play my deposit money first and request a withdrawal after winning a nice sum and then I play the free spins. On deposit bonus, it depends on games restrictions. If a deposit bonus is not allowing me to play the games I like, then I would not accept the bonus. Also, if it's a d+b wagering above 25x, it's also a no no to me. Casinos know which game to restrict, mostly games with a high RTP, jackpot games. Players are also not permitted to use the double up feature when bonus money is involved. When you're playing with their money, the odd is always in their favor and only luck could beat them. So, if you accept any bonuses, accept that your money is already lost

      Well, dear Coco. I think it does matter to a lot of players. I've seen many posts from players about delayed payments, asking why. If you used to fast payments and suddenly it took way longer than you used to then you will start wondering why the delay. I think explainations will give players a piece of mind. After all, human kind is a curious kind. Imagine if your withdrawals always processed within 2 days and your next withdrawal is still pending for a week, you might wondering if something went wrong.

      Well, I guess Coco just explained it clearly. I think you should take it to the casino and find out what they have to say. Losing money is not a good feeling and we all make mistakes and learn from it. As my nana always says, if you make a mistake, own it, man up and move on.

      On one hand UK passport means you are a citizen of United Kingdom and therefore you are not allowed to play but on the other hand, you were playing from Ireland and also living there. If you ask me, you are still a UK citizen because of your passport. Have you asked live chat about it? Maybe someone from AG could help you with this. Best of luck.

      You are missing the point here. Were you or were you not playing with bonus money? If you didn't then like I said before, there's no way you could bet above the maximum bet allowed. I've played blackjack before and in my experience I couldn't bet higher than the limit, I tried.

      Well, there was another player playing at another casino, he also cleared the wagering without breaching the terms. He also thought that the rules do not apply anymore so kept playing with higher stakes and got lucky, requested a withdrawal and it was declined because even the wagering were met, the rules of max bet are still apply. He was explained that a withdrawal has to be made, processed, make another deposit and then you're able to play with bigger stakes. I know that reading all the terms could take quite some time but it is necessary if you decide to claim them. Truly sorry for you that this happened but sometimes rules can be tricky indeed.

      Dude, you're thinking too hard. Not everything is a 'conspiracy'. I've been a gambler more than 10 years and also I had to learn my lesson the hard way. Anyway, if you said you didn't take any bonus or not playing with bonus money then there's no limit to your bets except table limit which is couldn't be exceed. Bets limitations only apply to bonus money. Please don't feel offended by us because we are here to help each other.

      I am just very careful with new casinos Mac and I'm also suspicious if I cannot see/read their license. After all, it's our money at stake here . There are too many casinos with bad reps and as a fellow gambler I just want to warn my fellow gamblers and hopefully to prevent future payments issues.

      If you are using deposit bonus playing games, I don't think you'll able to cash out since you've breached the bonus terms. It is player's responsibility to read the terms. Also, by accepting a deposit bonus you're agree with the terms along with it. Like at all land based casinos, if you lose, you won't get your money back. Asking your money back because you've breached the terms does mean that you are aware about it and I don't think they will grant your money back.

      EGT games were not nice to me for the last 2 weeks. Lags and dead spins. Max win from free spins was not higher than 210x bet. Disappointed. I'll give EGT another week and if there's no changes at all, then I'll have to find another gaming providers. I will take part of April contest, sure thing my dear friend!
