      Have you tried to open the game? It's strange but as in the first screenshot showed, this game is powered by Relax Gaming but I'm pretty sure this is a WMS game, then again many WMS games are also powered by SG Gaming. IGT is also restricted to my country but at Mybet casino I am allowed to play them. Maybe in the future this will change because casinos always try to find a way to let their players to play all their games by converting money balance to chips balance and vice versa in order to request a withdrawal.

      Sorry to hear this Fiekie and this happens at least once to all players. Personally I think this is a poor service of them. I had the same issue at other casino and did the same thing as you did and they immediately locked my account and investigate.       My friend had more luck playing RR than I am. She won about €1200 on this game and I won..pardon me, lost too much money on this game. I had more luck playing it on a land based casino.

      Last year I found out that my Eurocasino account was locked and didn't know why. Asked live chat what to do and in the end they deleted my account and asked me if I want to create a new one. So I did and I also eligible for the welcome bonus . Never had any problems with my deposits and withdrawals. You should ask them first before creating another account. If they gave you the green light, you should save the conversation for proof if they decide to play hardball later on. Don't do things without permission.
