      Thank you all for your replies I received an email from Skrill today and this one gave me more useful info regarding this issue. ValDes was right (as always).

      Hi mateys I recently found out that skrill has been updated and therefore all customers need to verify their account once more. I never received any email from them regarding account verification. About 2 weeks ago, when I logged in to my skrill account I got a message on the main page that I need to verify my account, I thought, this might be an error and I ignored the message. Two days later, I logged in, the message didn't appear and checked my account, completly verified. Good, they have fixed the error. Yesterday, when I logged in, there it is again, the account verification message. I contacted Skrill about this and told them that my account was already verified years ago. Today I got a response from Skrill, saying that my account was never verified. I find this very strange and responded their email by saying that I've been a bronze member at least 4 times, I have Skrill prepaid card, it's a proof of my home address. I think it's very odd they saying that my account was never verified. This issue makes me doubt about them. When I doubt, I won't do it. Anyone else has the same experience with Skrill?

      Do I need to make a confession too or is it that obvious that I'm a slotOholic? :D Whether it's in a land based casino or online casino, I always play slots. When I enter a land based casino, I went straight to the smoke and play room, light up my cigarette, insert a €50 bill and press play. I could play for hours on 1 slot. BlackJack and Roulette are not that interesting to me. You can lose big time easily. With slots, you can play very long time with only €50...at the minimum stake ofcourse Gambling should be for entertainment only. I've seen a lot of winners at the roulette tables but I've also seen a lot of losers (€10.000) within an hour, wife that wants money from her husband but he wanted to go home hahaha.       All skull prizes are actually bet multipliers, not coin size. For example, 3 different skulls combi pays 5x bet (0.20) and you'll rewarded with 100 credits (1.00) on a minimum bet and max paylines. The OP played the 0,10 bet with max paylines and won 1000x bet (€2.00) then that should pays him 20.000 (€2000)

      Yeah, if it's indeed a malfuction, the OP will not receive his winning. The 20.000 credits win is correct though since his bet was 20 and that multiply by 1000.

      Agree, they should have new graphic designs, unique gameplay, their games look too similar but I do like Beautiful Bones, the game is not bad, it pays well. Maybe they need a new logo.

      I'm with ValDes, Beautiful Bones is the game you're looking for. Scatter only appears on the first and the last reel. It's a game with 243 paylines.

      I agree with Afi and so far, I know for a fact that when a withdrawal has been made, the rest of the winnings will be void and not withdrawable. I feel sad for the OP but we all need to learn our lesson somehow and that somehow always happens during the cashout. But look at the bright side, they didn't confiscate his deposit money.

      Well, I don't know if it's luck but I think those butterflies game just pays well. And I managed to win 5 scatters but unfortunately it only gave me 2 extra free spins and no huge win

      Yup, another victim of the ridiculous terms. Nowadays, reading the terms is mandatory and if you don't read them, you'll face the consequence when requesting a withdrawal. This is the main reason why I never play at Madame Chance or it's sisters casinos. Madame Chance was indeed blacklisted at other forum but not anymore I think.

      The only thing I can think of is that not many players are aware of this contest, maybe including this contest in the newsletter might change that? Then again, I don't know how many members read the newsletter.
