      I think RTP only applies to slot machines only because the odds of winning of all other games such as blackjack, roulette and other table games depends on your decision/outcome.

      I believe they didn't confiscate his deposit money, only his entire bonus money.       I am afraid you don't have a case here since you actually broke the bonus terms. Sorry about this mate but many players broken the bonus terms and end up with only deposit money in their account or worse, nothing in their account. Some casinos have bonus money block feature but unfortunately some also don't. Be careful next time
