      The enduring win is calculated in every combo where the white ELK SUBSTITUTED . so if you had 5 of kind but the ELK was not part of the 5 of kind win, which in this case i think it was not, then it does not get counted. I'm sure it landed at the top row. Also look at Line 3 in your screenshot with the rules and i quote: " The total value of all wins that ELK substitutes is the initial Enduring Win". So sorry but i think this game is right and there is no flaw here, unless you can remember or proof it landed on the middle or bottom row. I suggest you contact the casino with the relevant game ID or the NextGen themselves.

      Despite the fact that all these reviews are fakes and maybe they got paid. I signed up for their 5 euro no deposit bonus and just completed wagering of 500 euros as the wagering was x100 and withdrew 50 euro. I hope it will get paid. They verified my account LOL.

      I normally get his error when my login session expired. So if i am logged in and not active, and i post or refresh page, i get that error. I close the browser/tab, reopen the website and login if not already logged in. Not sure if its relevant.

      Hello I need to know did the elk land on the top or middle or bottom row? My guess is that the Elk landed on the top row which resulted in a $0.60 enduring win, as Payline 2 and 8 would each reward $0.30 which result in the $0.60 enduring win. As per screenshot below you can see that 3 of a kind of that chick rewards x 15 your bet line which is at $0.02 as you place bets of $0.20 which will be $$0.60 and 5 of kind will reward 150 x $0.02 = $3.00 So to sum it all up Enduring win : - $0.02 x 15 = $0.30 x 2 ( paylines 2 & 8 ) = $0.60 - The Elk Substituted in these wins if landed on top row. The additional $6.60 that was won where the elk did not substitue: - 5 of a kind of the chicks which was be generated on payline 1 and 4. - 150 x $0.02 = $3 x 2 ( Paylines 1 & 4) = $6.00 - 15 x $0.02 = $0.30 x 2 ( Paylines 6 &10) = $0.60 Which gives a total of $6.60 - This is where the Elk did not substitute in any of the wins generated on payline 1, 4, 6 and 10 if it landed on the top row Now if you dispute what i am saying, then you need screenshots for evidence to back it up, if you claim that the elk landed on the middle or bottom row. Because from what i am seeing in your screenshots, this is the only combination/conclusion that makes sense Let me know what you think.

      Hello I do get that error when loading quickfire, because my country is restricted from playing Microgaming games. Now even so you can play quickfire games on most sites but it could be that specific website is not allowing you to play quickfire slots on their website due to their license? Example - This is my case : I can play NextGen Games on Videoslots, Slotsmillion, and any SkillOnNet casino. But i cannot play NextGen games on Fruity Casa, Reel Island and most of these white label casinos due to their license forbid me to play NextGen games. Just like on videoslots i cannot play YGGDRASSIL slots because of their license, but i can play YGGDRASSIL slots at casino heroes and cherry casino. Maybe this could be the same issue for you here?

      I am a long time poker player and was permanently on Pokerstars and 888Poker. When i discovered online casino, i left poker immediately. I can win so much with casino in so little time, having to sit 4 hours at least in a sunday million or any micro million tournament to win some cash, which is very time consuming. However their hyper turbo tournaments are always there as well, but low prize pools and since less players play , you tend to buy-in very high for $5000 prize pool. Given that i have kids and married, 4 hour is a lot of time, and cash tables aint really my thing, because it take time to build a bank roll and you need to have patience. The only time you win a quick buck , is when players are pissed off and perform those angry raise all the time when they lost a good hand against you. Also this damn thing of everyone going all in whenever they have Ace in their hands, does not help either. So i stick to online Casinos now(Cause i can set auto play) while spending time with family, even my son play some Energoonz for me or he would ask me if he can play the game of the Lady with the Fishes ( Koi Princess) or the game where the "Uncle catch the coins" (Gonzo's Quest) and i do let him play for real money but with low bets. He once made a a decent Win in energoonz and i rewarded him with a racing car lol. I haven't play poker in a while and do not think ill go back anytime soon.

      Twin Spin - When the last 3 reels linked spin together providing you with 9 Diamonds, 7's or Bars, and you receive a Diamond or 7 or Bar on the first reel but nothing on reel 2 and you had a $1.25 bet. Now that annoys the ***** out of me. Also when you get a 5 reel linked feature in twin spin, and each row has a different symbols as opposed to at least 2 rows with the same high paying symbol at least. You kinda feel you almost on a winning streak, you constantly get 3 - 4 linked reels after each other but never win anything of it, as one reel messes things up.

      WMS? My country is blocked too.
