  1. The law will also ask you whether you read the terms and conditions? and the fact when you registered you accepted the terms and conditions(Without reading them), including the one that states max bet of 25% of bonus funds. - Remember the one where you checked the box where you agree to the t's and c's by creating your account. Sorry to sound like we do not want to help you, it just these topics drag on and on, and we already know the answer, and you are just making yourself suffer more and more thinking about that 15 grand you lost, when in fact you absolutely cannot do anything about it. We had many of these topics before and the results were the same.
  2. Well whether you played with real money or bonus money it does matter. I have played at Codeta with bonus. So In essence after claiming a bonus, your deposited funds is bonus money, even though it appears separate as real money and bonus money and once wagering is complete you will have real money again. The only time you can have a case is when you were playing at those casinos where you play with real cash first(slotsmillion casino and casino heroes) are good examples, and the real cash is always withdraw-able. With codeta, real cash is not withdraw-able even though it appear under real cash. The only way you can get out of this one, is if the Big Win happened before or after wagering. If it happened before wagering, you can move on, if it happened after wagering was complete, then you can use the AGCCS and lay an official complaint. But from the sounds of it, the big win happened during bonus wagering. I would like to see that as well. :D :D :D
  3. Which casino are you reffering to? Play777? I had a great time playing there and withdrawal was paid in less than 30 minutes.
  4. Hi Terhinator Welcome to Askgamblers... First do not be shocked as you broke the max bet rule of 25% of your bonus money which was 5 euro. - you should have read the bonus rules or general terms and conditions of the casinos(This is your own fault). - As for your first question, there are only a hand full of casinos that have a max bet protection in place that will warn you or block you from placing the bet. Codeta is unfortunately not one of them. - As for your 2nd question - Paying you out as if you were placing a 5 euro bet, is not possible, as the actual bet was 7 euro. Nothing can be done about this and no casino would honor a request like this. End of story. The truth - You do not have a leg to stand on or should I say a case at all. Just accept it and move on. You are to blame yourself and only you. Hope you learned your lesson and read the T's and C's carefully next time.
  5. Okay I hear you. One more question How do you come to the conclusion that 30% only applies to the bonus if the bonus is less than the deposit? Why does it not apply the 30 max bet to the bonus if the bonus is greater than the deposit? Or is it standard practice that every casino does it the way you explained A/ and B/ ?
  6. V So basically they do not have to have a term in place to say that after wagering max bet rule still applies? Or after wagering the original general statement of 30% of deposit amount kicks in?
  7. I suggest you should use the AGCS and lay an official complaint. Besides as you can see here is a thread where Cassava enterprise are refunding players which is think is also regarding self exclusion.
  8. Enjoy the break Well Deserved.
  9. Yes they basically saying that, but i nailed them on this term, even though he did place a bet of 22 euro this rule dispute that fact: - In cases where a bonus was received, prior to the wager requirements for the bonus having been met, “Irregular play” additionally includes: Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the BONUS credited to the player account. Even money bets on Roulette and other relevant games When you do direct deposits you cannot place a bet higher than 30% of your deposit ( Which is the actual problem as they nail him on that), but according to the rule above mentioned if a bonus was received - The max bet rule applies on the bonus amount which was $125 and 30% of $125 should be 42 which is still under the max bet allowed since the actual bet was 22 euro. So it also mention prior to wagering. So which means after wagering any bet amount should be fine. So let see what the casinos outcome is. Management will get back to me hopefully today. Yes Well I loved the fact that they argued the 30% max bet rule of the deposit, on which i told them. If i can find the terms about the 30% max bet rule that applies, why can't i find the term that say it applies always, even after wagering. So lets see what happens.
  10. Hi Henx So I took your case to madame chance and explained the situation and this is the feedback I got this feedback first Hi Shafiek Thank you for your email. In the General Terms and conditions under Betting Rules it stats: 15. Betting rules 15.1. You must bet according to the specific rules of the game you are playing. 15.2. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia: Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play Regards Morgan Richards Head of VIP -------------------------- Which is responded : Hi Morgan I saw that part you just mentioned - Irregular play" includes, inter alia: Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play - but this only applies to a direct deposit right without taking a bonus correct? Then i saw this part which I assume applies to when playing with bonus and it states prior to wagering - In cases where a bonus was received, prior to the wager requirements for the bonus having been met, “Irregular play” additionally includes: Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the bonus credited to the player account. Even money bets on Roulette and other relevant games “Total bets” is defined as the sum of individual bets (lines, chips, hands, etc.) within a round, i.e., the total bet amount when clicking the “spin” or “play” or equivalent button. Does the above statement means that the 30% rule only applies Prior to Wagering requirements? Because I believe he place the Max bet After wagering was complete... Sorry i do not mean to be a pain, i just need to understand your terms clearly , because this is what I understand from your terms. I cannot find a term that state, Irregular or 30% max bet play still applies AFTER wager has been complete Regards Shafiek --------------- He advised that this rule applies always - Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play After which I asked him then why did they have a need to put this in the terms if the above rule applies always - In cases where a bonus was received, prior to the wager requirements for the bonus having been met, “Irregular play” additionally includes: Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the bonus credited to the player account. After which he called me and we discussed. Issue has been escalated to Management and I will receive feedback regarding this today or tomorrow latest. Will keep you posted - Seems like light at the end of the tunnel maybe Finger crossed...
  11. So just to confirm Henx You did not receive any money right? you could not even withdraw $500 right? They cancelled all your winnings?
  12. Yeah I agree with you Sharon However in this forum, I have seen 1 or 2 topics where people complained about finish wagering and continued playing with balance after wagering and winnings were confiscated because the max bet rule or something similar still applied even after wagering was done. There are a few casinos that still applies the Max bet rule, even though it is Real Money and wagering was complete.
  13. Nope they not, and they are legit. Besides Madame Chance do not have any Netent games at all. :-) Hope that clarify the situation. I am also trying to get Henx help in this matter to find out the real story behind what really happen. As you know story has both sides. Ill see if I can get the necessary feedback from the casino regarding this issue. Regards S
  14. How about this topic is under the new post section as a 'Sticky Post" so people always notice this thread when browsing for "new post"...
  15. Hi Henx PM me your Madame Chance username, let me try and get to the bottom of this. Also first name and surname if possible please. Thanks.
  16. You are right. However I was talking about offers I received. Like lets say for an example and had many of these with thrills casino. Also has some great offers with Double Star. Thrill would offer me to deposit $100 and i would get 20 free spins on Wizard of Gems with a value of $10 each spin. Free spins were wager free. Also Deposit $50 get 150 spins on big bad wolf or the wild chase - Spins value $0.50 each. - All deposits had to be wagered once to get your wager free spins Doublestar, deposit minimum 10 euro everyday monday to friday, wager deposit x1 and receive 300 free spins on Gonzo Quest saturday. Free spins winnings at Doublestar is x1. Most of the time you make a decent profit out of these, which leads to a Guaranteed win for me at least.
  17. Afi I understand completely where you are coming from. It can be very risky and get out of control. I most probably would not use this system at all, but there are 1 or 2 instances where promotions are running etc, where you would like to take a chance and know you will sometimes win guaranteed but do not have the required funds.
  18. Havent received this vouchers for the past 6 weeks.
  19. Hi Henx I was also in this situation before and I though that I would play for fun and do some bonus hunts etc, unfortunately with GameTech group casinos you cannot close the game and play another slot as any GameTech group casinos has set the structure in a way that you need to finish of any previous game progress. So if you enter free spins on a Game Art slot, close the slot and try to play a NextGen slot, it will pop up asking whether you want to finish the game art round or end the game art session. However I came across one that had the Wish master slot. I was playing at $2 bets and played for almost an hour until I got to a point where I had 3 features enabled. I exit the slot and played some other games and requested a withdrawal. After I received my withdrawal I deposited $100. Played some other slots and had a few decent wins. Went back to the Wish master and continued my session. It was not my best, but i won x300 my bet with those features, ended up withdrawing another $850. Madame chance does not have Netent unfortunately, but they do have Betsoft, and the only slot i can recommend you try this trick on is Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, where you collect Potions and exit the game when 1 more is needed for the free spins round. - Just a suggestion lol. And of course you can play for the points as the conversion money is wager free.
  20. If you name is on the cheque, it should not be a problem I suppose.
  21. Hello All I am back, full time, therapy went well, still off work for a bit, but I am feeling better and myself again. Thanks for the kind words everyone.
  22. I agree with Leodubbed - $100 in cash prices and of course minimum 10 players, if we do not have 10 players for the month, then we go back to the normal contest rules. So basically $100 in cash prices if there is more than 10 participants and limit each player with only 10 screenshots to be posted.- I mean just imagine how many Supe IT Up screenshots Afi already has If we are less than 10 participants, the normal $25 prize pool applied for that month - Only 1 players gets paid - But we still limit the screenshot submissions to 10. However you can use the same game for 2 consecutive months maybe? So if I have 20 Gonzo screenshots then maybe i can use 10 screenshots for July contest and the other 10 screenies for August contest? - Just a suggestion. I would suggest we create a brand new GOTM thread and start afresh if we decide to change the rules... - Also just a suggestion. @Leo - How would they issue the 100 free spins?
  23. ACH sounds like a credit advance. Would not mind if a casino would give me that option, just like $50 in advance, I am sure ill win the $50 back including a nice little profit to try and make some more extra money Maybe whenever we see casino reps in this forum asking for "what would you like to see/change in the future" - We can then propose the ACH solution to them :D
