  1. If you're a business and people complain, and about the same thing, you sit down and think 'do we need to change' The fact that its the same complaints would, if i had to deal with it, do my head in. Or go get a job at Videoslots - people complain if 30 minutes delay in payment, such is the speed. No excuses for slow paying but with the new Money Laundering Directive prepare for Casino's using this to delay even more (not the good ones tho)
  2. Vera John offer guaranteed minimum wins (say 10 quid) in their shop if you buy spin credits You normally get 10.50.
  3. Never heard of that method - sounds nuts; gamblers are not people you want to be lending cash to - particularly if they like playing BTG's Bonanza
  4. I think it's probably best to not overthink it - spunk 100 quid in and hope you're the one who has the 1000% RTP over a few hundred spins; should you have a cash back offer then hey, you get another shot. Slots have changed over the last few years - they're more akin to lottery tickets now. I don't enjoy them as much as i used to. Tinfoil hat at the ready but i don't think for one minute the newer slots are programmed in the same way as the old ones -NetBent being the prime example. The only way to be up in gambling at all is to hit big and walk away. House always wins.
  5. Any casino that caps the winnings should, IMHO, be never recommended. You as the player still bear all the risk, whilst they limit theirs - no chance. Same for those who have 48hr pending periods with no option to manually flush/lock. Hence why my 15 casinos is now down to 5
  6. They do like my apple MacBook - i've had quite a few this year so due a barren spell
  7. Shady company for sure - issues with some of their live dealers as well. Must be like throwing money down a wishing well.
  8. Codeta are trustworthy (rubbish bonus's tho) If the win is large you'll find they'll check with the software provider to make sure everything all ok (game malfunctions) - happened to me, so what they're saying is reasonable (mine was 5 days but the casino put a lock on the funds) You'll be paid.
  9. I think any strategy that involves losses should be avoided at all costs
  10. Speaking of tracking there's a decent tracker called Slot Tracker that will log your spins, RTP, etc etc. I'd post a link but I may be lynched.
  11. Haha, hence the word 'can'....give play n go credit, bonuses are hard to come by but their pay symbols are good..IF you hit them
  12. Most games by Netent - play high variance, pay low. Apart from DOA i wouldn't touch these hardly anymore. Jungle Spirit is awful! Book of Dead i don't mind - one of the few games you can win 500 quid from 10p
  13. After a good start to the year with several 4 reel wild desires, Gemix paying me like it owed me thousands and several 'free' withdrawals from no deposit free spins etc I'm in the pits. Deposits are busting within 30 minutes, bonus features are 500 spins apart etc. The longer you play the bigger the house edge - it's gambling. The only way to truly be up is to hit a big win, walk away and never gamble again.
  14. Hi Dan, Any date for when VS will be getting Jurassic Giants? And any chance you can load my account with 1000 free spins so i can check if i like it before depositing?
  15. No max cash outs, quick withdrawals, no pending periods but i prefer customer loyalty - the ability to throw a player a 50 quid chip if on a run of bad luck, free spins etc.
  16. Think VS have made the vouchers account specific now so you won't be able to use your friends etc.
  17. 777? Ah the Cassava outfit....avoid. Better Group's out there, use them! As afi said, there's not much in all likelihood you can do. Terms and conditions will rule all. I personally do not play at any casinos that cap winnings at x5/x10 etc, even if it's freebies. For the future look out for sticky bonuses as well - those that, even when you redeposit, the wagering carries forward. Used to be caught out myself a few times. Though unlikely to work I would email them and see if any goodwill on their side (though given the Group's previous reputation that's unlikely) - best chance tho!
  18. You'd think they have no staff to do it! What does confuse me sometimes is for example, I have loads of accounts with MT Securetrade across may casinos....however All Irish Casino stopped me from opening an account because I'd one with All British - i presume this is something way above my head in terms of white labels/sister sites/shared licence, or simply their t's and c's! What i would say is that casino's seem to leave it until withdrawal time before checking - if they did this on a more timely basis (and lets be honest they must be able to) then the complaints would plummet. Not always the case of bad casinos here...pretty sure there have been less than scrupulous players who have been at it
  19. The term is misleading - i actually just contacted them to make sure that my two accounts were OK, because they would suggest you can't. Strange. That's what i mean when i say there's no strict rule to say when a casino has to check if two account - most only do it when you withdraw but others, like All British tell you at sign up. Hmmm
  20. If that's the case I would be considering a complaint regarding them - their is an onus on them to put in place a system to stop this and simply signing up with a different email address would hardly be considered robust (but i'm sure they have other ways to pick this up). It is mad that, to help problem gamblers, the commission state that land based casinos MUST exclude SE those from their premises but not if online. You can have software such as Gambloc, you can put deposit limits in place (once a problem gambler, no amount of limits will help), you can SE but IMO these are only temporary fixes - you'll always find somewhere, somehow to gamble. So they important thing is to tackle it head on, recognise that you aren't and nor ever will be in control and before you know it you'll have made up that 8k through not gambling.
  21. sorry my bad... I have different deposit limits across platforms - I would find it weird that deposit limits are applied across the same platforms: you'd probably have a stronger case if it was SE as that's deemed to be the default position for determining problem gamblers, not setting limits. But no harm in having a go
  22. The UKGC has been struggling with the self-exclusion issue across sister sites - as i understand, and it may be wrong, this is very much a grey area. Eg. there's nothing to say when the company should be checking if the player has 2 accounts across sister sites: so it could be at the start, middle or end of player deposits - basically it's a mess. Note - i think all complaints of SE need to be referred to the UKGC directly Interesting that Maria's t's and c's stated the Unibet group: previously it was just 'the casino' - when i won with Maria i went on to check i'd get paid as I'd an account with Unibet. These new t's and c's (if that) would seem to suggest only one account. I think MT Securetrade allow you to SE on one casino without affecting the others
  23. There was talk of it being 2017 - as long as people get the option to choose: some casino's that i've just wanted to close (for no reason other than simply not liking/bad experiences) have told me i need to self exclude - well no, I don't have a gambling problem so don't force me down that route - not good Apparently it was all going to be outsourced to a 3rd party so who knows where it's at... Playing devils advocate there is a reasoning that if you do self exclude from one casino because of a gambling issue then you really should do it with everyone else as.
