  1. Has anyone heard any movements on the proposal to go to a centralised database for self exclusion by the UKGC? Basically, players (i think) will have the option (?) to either self exclude at individual casinos OR a blanket exclusion across all UK licensed casinos (think of Every Matrix-oh boy, you can see the complaints a coming) I know KMPG were helping with the scoping/costs and there was a draft document prepared by the UKGC but not heard much since.
  2. If it looks like a shill, talks like a shill it's probably a shill. Can't seem to find the casino either. Plus i like the way 'fully licensed' and Curacao are used in the same sentence.
  3. The issues i have is that you get a board of wilds and it's like 50 quid or some low amount... They also seem to be quite high variance getting (yeah i know DOA is) but there's little play in them. I personally went off them, apart from DOA, a bit ago... Game developers are getting lazy
  4. There's been issues with that crowd 9 think) over people being asked to send notarised documents to some location in Russia that doesn't even exist.... Good luck but as Valdes says u'll need to prepare not to receive any cash from them sadly
  5. I do love a withdrawal from freebies. Best this year have been: - Royal Panda - 600 w/d from 50 free spins -Rizk - 500 from a tenner free chip -Videoslots - 170 from 10 free book of dead spins To all casino reps reading...feel free to load my accounts with free chips
  6. their despot bonus is something similar....i noticed they issued a notice of correction the other day after their terms were criticised as being misleading....it's a shame because Jackpot Party were a great outfit. It's the same as Guts - once mightily great outfits suddenly start to alienate themselves from their customers: that's only gonna end up with one outcome...more of my money going to others!
  7. Not played for a few years after huge issues with withdrawing but i suppose it was my real first time online casino - verification process shocking, customer loyalty non existent, at the time the game choices were poor (hated their horrid play tech releases) and generally a clunky site. But their attitude to me when trying to withdraw was the final nail.
  8. Had 50 frees in that Buttefly Star in Royal Panda...truely awful slot but managed to convert the poxy 5 quid it gave into 600 via Immortal so it was indirectly good...but still, rubbish release. Not as disappointing as the Jurassic World though
  9. Apart from Ladbrokes, I've never seen a casino go downhill as much as these guys - they were great as Jackpot Party not that long ago. Anyway... They've probably introduced some of the worst bonus requirements I've seen. Put some context: - no despot bonus has changed to x60...ok, not so bad. But now most games are only 50%. That's a massive x120. So if they throw you a freebie you've basically got zilch chance of making a withdrawal, If casino's don't want bonus players they should just not offer anything - time to say bye slots magic
  10. Nope - I've asked them after they confirmed they'd sent me the 400 withdrawal (tbc)-just quoted the general section 13 term- I've been depositing(without bonus) frequently at Miami Dice so i've never had any issues with the group. The only thing i can think is that if i get an offer across the 3 sites i would take maybe one of these - plus there's nothing in their terms that really says what it means. It's a bit daft but tbh i'll just go elsewhere. Few threads on another site that show people have the same issues so if anyone on here is a member of more than one of these sites under their brand, be very very wary if you take bonus's. I'm the first to say read the terms and conditions but honestly there's no rhyme nor reason!
  11. On Videoslots they tell you that your're exceeding the bet limit - there must be some reason technically why most can't simply stop you from doing so. I got stung on it years ago, so I'm just very vigilant now - live and learn so you'll find yourself looking at t's and c's before you click spin! With any luck you can make the 250 up to a decent amount again
  12. Not that keen on Casumo - 5 free spins here and there but the trophy's mean diddly squat....i personally like VS because you get the odd 25 free spins thrown in, plus they are wager free. The loyalty schemes aren't as good as they were. Personally i stick with Royal Panda because i like the fact they throw me the odd 25 quid here and there (though their wagering terms aren't that great) Casinoluck used to have a good scheme going but they recently changed so maybe not as good as before
  13. Well today i got told I'm banned from a group for abusing bonus' (apparently - don't send me offers and i won't accept them!?), so I'm on a strict non bonus accepting gambling journey for the foreseeable future (unless it's royal panda)
  14. Unfortunately, unless they do an act of goodwill, it's unlikely you'll see the money. It's probably in their terms and conditions - some casinos are better at flagging the max bet than others - Trade and Videoslots-but for some you really need to search for it. To be honest with you they probably didn't need to put the 250 back - most would have taken the lot. I would do a polite email to them and hope for the best.
  15. Hola, I'm not complaining as i've been informed that my withdrawal is on it's way but just to warn folks with any accounts with Caddell Groups: In all my years gambling I've never been banned with any casino. This morning, after making a 400 quid withdrawal from a casino in the Caddell Group (White Hat Gaming) I received an email banning me due to bonus abuse. Now I admit that it's a casinos prerogative who to do business with but this is such a vague term - i have taken various bonus offers across their casinos but as far as i can see there's nothing against that - in fact most of the terms talking about 'The Casino', not the group? I've also played without bonuses across these sites.... Anyway just be aware - i'm ware of it happening to others
  16. Ivanhoe looks rubbish but once you're in the free spins mode it can go mad I've never taken to Thunderkick that much and my 20 odd quid on Barber shop bored me so much i fell asleep on the laptop but may give it one last whirl
  17. I just can't fall in love with DoA again since the rubbish upgrade; it's impossible for me to get 2 plus wilds in the free spins never mind a wild line I've taken to playing Bonanza which, dare i say it, is even more brutal in terms of bonus's. And I never thought I'd say it but i'm starting to like Play n Go....pimped and Gemix have been extremely kind.
  18. I think a lot of people give up on it as it's x6 max at the start....the key is the stars - i got the 15 stars from a crystal warp! It' a shame it wasn't supercharged Like most play and go games i'll probably not see that again until xmas at the earliest again...
  19. I knew I had to keep going with this game....pity it wasn't supercharged. crystal warp all stars Biggest win from video slots as well
  20. Everymatrix; so if you've self excluded yourself from another EM, if you go to withdraw it'll be bye bye Mr Money
  21. Playtech have a chequered history, thats for sure Remember the woman who won something like 5 million in one of the casinos and she has to withdraw it over 30 years! If it was a Curacao licence - cup of coco licence - then forget about it. PKR had a UK licence - anyone would think the UKGC is only interested in revenues from casinos
  22. They are legit - a sister site to Payojo. Does raise the topic of all this verification, sending in passports etc and then the prospect, even if the company has the appropriate security accreditations, they're subject to cyber attacks. Boom - ID theft heaven. 17 days is however crazy - Novibet verified me in 5 minutes - record time!
  23. It is your (us players') fault for not reading. You don't need a solicitor, nor a law degree, to understand 'bets above 10 euro will result in winnings being confiscated' means well....err...don't bet above 10 euro or you'll lose your winnings. If players can't be bothered reading terms then they take the consequences. AG allows players to talk about their experiences with casinos - good and bad - so little argument in how that is biased towards. Strange. All in all if you can't be bothered spending 10 minutes to read the terms, can't handle losing money then you really ought to give up gambling. It's not for you.
  24. I'd avoid anywhere with only a Curacao licence - UKGC, Malta, Alderney instead - not guaranteed to not have issues but at least its better than a licence that is worth less than a post-it.
  25. in one of the earlier posts it was a copy from the complaints section Should be the the rest of us, curse the game, have a smoke, and pick the laptop off the floor
