Aye, you need a hefty chunk of spins across a few sessions to at least have the basis of a conclusion, 50 here, 60 there isn't going to tell you much. Though, that game is cra{p

Also, the old VIPER is now gone i think on 32Red: think it's still on the go at Casino Rewards? Sure, it sucked the life out of your PC and you needed to clear those caches often but it was, in hindsight, a great client Sometimes you look back with rose tints but i think MG/VIPER really was the real deal Now look at them, it's so depressing: so many great 9 liners gone: the gamblers of today will never really experience how great they were: instead being stuck with some games so HV you need to re-mortgage your house for an hours session. All in the name of progress (or greed, take your pick) -

And that's even before you get into the debate if there are any special versions of games for streamers and the like (though possibly could be the same thing?) which, ear to the ground, is a possibility. The more you play, the more you see to come to the conclusion that there's a helluva lot more going on in the background than you think. It can be quite a grubby business once you pierce the veil -

Same here: whilst the X wins, compared to now, maybe aren't that great the game 'liked' biggish bets and seen quite a few 600x's on 3 quid, had a 500x on 6 quid once and 14 4 Reel Wild Desires. The game you see before you now isn't the same and it's not just the clunky gameplay. -

Seems a bit pointless to be honest: if you want to play IR, you're not really want to go in at 91% so you'd just be playing it for the jackpot, so may as well be bored to tears by MM. Given MG have reskinned IR with a 94% as well, will be base game now be 89% I dunno. HTML5, maths re-tinkering, Lower RTP have destroyed the IR game which i loved. A JP version is like being beat to death with the same fish. -

Almost as fake as Game Art's, ramped up to 200% RTP, demo mode - pretty sure other providers do it, even though they shouldn't, but nothing as obvious as GA's which you literally couldn't lose on (i think Videoslots pulled their games at the time - anything above 92% sends them into a frenzy, even demo) A provider as trustworthy as Pragmatic -
Are MGA license authority lowering RTPs requirement?
pinnit2015 replied to Blackjax's topic in Casinos General
There is no minimum in the UK, IIRC So, i guess the UK's is even worse than MGA's as they've not even identified the basement level.- 50 replies

if you're used to 96's, unless like me you do like Land Based, prepare for annihilation on 85%'s: it'll be beyond grim (though RTP and Variance/maths models need to be balanced) You think your deposits don't last long now - ooft, folk will be crying out for the 'good old days of the 94's'- 50 replies

MGA care so much for players they have approved this: what a joke, same as the UKGC Liked this comment: a consultation, asking casinos and providers: would you like to earn more? No Sh@@ Sherlock. Wouldn't necessarily equate dodgy with low RTP: look at Videoslots, they bottom every flexi RTP and even have scratchcards on 50% etc. Wonder how they marry RG with this as well The UK has no minimum and unlikely they'll implement one, despite caring very deeply for players- 50 replies

Boris concealed his wedding as well. Though, if i was Carrie, I'd probably not want to advertise it as well. Again, an inspiration for children and folk on their own (bar maybe if you're in a care home, cos we know what BJ's thoughts about that were - let them rot), as this is wife No.3 he was managed to mentally break down persuade to tie the knot with him. Now, if only Hancock could catch the eye of a hot martian, we could fire him into space tomorrow.

Some casino's are worse than others: Novibet - by far the worst for errors L and L - not far behind them to be honest, their whole site was a glitchy mess. Compared to Unibet where i think i've only ever been kicked out of games twice: Redbet were pretty stable most of the time when i played there as well. White Hat Gaming sites are pretty grim for them as well. Game stability seems to be getting worse, not better, over the last few years

it's a pretty rubbish live game IMO - least with lightning Roulette and Crazy, the game flow quite well; playing this seems to take an age between 'spins' to the point of boredom. Not enough about it either if you've been used to playing Crazy Town. -
Why, in 2021, do you need to go onto Live Chat to activate a bonus? I mean, not a big deal but seems a bit archaic.

Winnings confiscated after two years of playing
pinnit2015 replied to genesis73's topic in Ask Gamblers
If that is what it is, you might want to asked them why their privacy says they do not share data with anyone ( read quite a few privacy policies over the years and it looks like it was written by a 3 year old, it's so poor): normally a PP, if sharing data, will have it under the 'for fraud purposes'; normally relates to sharing though with the National Fraud Bodies (National Hunter here in the UK, CIFAS), not 'wee John' in another casino I was going to say check who their ADR is but as they don't have a licence of any note and their terms and conditions are ugh, good luck -

It think it looks like it's a collection of player names who have abused bonus's/caught by one casino of some fraud etc et; not sure how common it is but looks as if it's something that maybe casino's in the same group share. Read stuff in the past that it includes folk who breach terms: as to how severe these terms are, I don't know. Hard to see how you could void winnings on casino A if they breached max bet in casino B. Be interesting to see their privacy policy to see any mention of this They've been terminated here so you can't raise a complaint here, nor on the Pogg where they've been booted. -
Big difference me going to Trading Standards about the dodgy window business down the road than taking a company, based in Malta and/or further afield to court on an I Gaming issue. They'll be plenty of lawyers who will gladly accept a fee for chatting with you but will be as much help as a chocolate tea pot.

global negative database? Sounds like BS - funny how your name wasn't identified as being on this at the point of deposit There have been murmurings that casino share data if folk do chargebacks etc/fraud. As to whether this exists i don't know: i hope they have a good legal team because that has possible GDPR all over it. Particularly if some of those chargebacks are legit. i wouldn't be surprised if some database was shared across places and i'd be equally surprised if it was legal to do so. Was a case in the UK sure where companies created lists of 'trouble makers' and shared it with other's and they got hammered in court for it who declared it illegal. -
Not saying it's the case here but i can see why casino's will sometimes not pay back the deposits in some cases; otherwise they set precedents for folk 'taking a chance' of pushing past the terms and essentially free rolling; knowing that if they're caught, they'll get their depo's back and, in the event it goes unnoticed, maybe getting the winnings etc. I imagine most will look at it on a case by case - been there a while, no history of issues; likely to casino's more likely to let it slide. You sign up on Monday just, then maybe not. When Betat were good, they paid me for an accidental breach that was looking at costing me 3k - got the call from Sam i think, and just told me to watch what i was doing but the w/d was paid; i'd been with them for years, which probably made them do that. Had i just signed up? Probably not.

It's a fine line when folk come on and state A but omit details: as a reader, and commenter, you to a certain extent always have to take it at face value but know that certain details are maybe not disclosed etc. Particularly true when it comes to UK punters and Gamstop etc Still baffled to what the OP was looking to achieve given the above: if it had been w/d 20k etc you could maybe see the point re money but essentially they've been reset to what they would have got? Financially would appear to make no sense to pursue anything. There are many casino's who wouldn't, or at least would make it an effort, to get back deposits so good job to BS for doing so. As for the OP - only other thing is to sort out any issues you have and GL with all that .

Aye, the last thing the world needs is giving more money to lawyers I'd rather go 2500 spins on 4 quid on Bonanza than hand over cash to Jean Luc Esquire the 4th, Attorney At Law.

If Olle's here now, you can ask nicely if he simply missed your message; i know for example i miss PM's as i wasn't getting notifications Speaking of which, just as an aside as to why (not the case here), i'm sceptical of what online casino's say to me, I had a PM from someone here saying that a well respected casino were insisting they COULD NOT pay out with receiving certain documents from a member. All i did was put together some words from the LCCP and UKGC guidance and tell them to send that onto them, making the point they're prohibited from doing so The guy pinged me back the other day saying that within 24 hrs of getting their message, and w/o supplying it, the casino released with w/d So, begs the question, how do you go from a position of 'No, we absolutely cannot release the money until we have this' to all of a sudden it's in their paypal? The only thing that has changed is not the rules etc but the receipt of an email that lets the casino see you know what your're talking about. The only conclusion i can reach is that some casino's make stuff up as they go along. It's pretty disgraceful tbh. What's the stat's of E Cogra i seen the other day; something mad like only 10% are favoured in terms of the player, 20% or so the casino admit no fault but good will payments. Need to look at that in more detail and it's possible sound but 10 or so % seemed extremely low.

Bonus terms issues aren't as much as a problem as there were in the UK; the segregation of bonus funds and real cash helped with that. Not really sure there's much more folk can do on this thread, you gotta do what you gotta do but defo need to think whether it's a fight worth pursuing. As BJ said, if you want to end up money down just to make a point, or try to, then maybe sit back and think before you do so Always pick your battles
