      Played it briefly: 4/5 sessions, not massive amount of spins but not overly impressed by the maths: good example of why, yes RTP is important, but don't be drawn into thinking 98 is the be all and end all cos tbh i'd play a 94% reactoonz than it (for short, punchy sessions). It was like death by a hundred cuts on Cart, pretty dull tbh (max win cut from 50-5k i think): gave a bit of playtime but only went once above starting balance i think. Very like Book of 99 - again, rather play a lower RTP Novo book game - least you feel as if one session can/could be a 2kx winner one. Personally get the feeling you're better off with MT2 - go big or go home etc.

      Exactly, if you were really lumping serious cash into some of these places, and making sure you got paid, it wouldn't be at half of those places. So that kinda says it all tbh. As for Pragmatic - a grubby provider. Continuing where their 'previous' existence left off. The Del Boy of slot providers.

      Yeah, play Gemix there and then somewhere like Unibet running the proper RTP version, say over a few sessions, and you're left in no doubt that it's two different games - sometimes with No Limit etc you struggle to see the difference but for PNG's especially, however they go about messing with the mechanics, the diff is quite obvs.

      folk go on about how the last 6 are dead in Bonanza which is often true but it's more about getting the multi up to around 8 with 6 to go and getting the premium hit on that (u normally only get one shot, if that) - before that last spin it was pish, then the kings all came in, 2/3/4 had quite a few, five had 1 and 6 had a few

      I don't play it for thousands of spins (unless bonus'ing or base game holding), if it doesn't come in after 3-400 i tend to leave - Don't get why people continually chase after that, never works out well. That was around 250ish as hit a decent feature on Baron not long before for 300x Dunno what VS run it on, think it's NYX/Relax Bonanza's been ok this year to me; Not massive amount up, say 2k; better than last year where 3k down: it been Who's the Bride and DOA sucking cash for fun. Gave up with PNG's bar the odd dabble on Reactoonz 2, which hasn't been that bad but probably cos hit x2 pinks a few times.

      Fruit Warp, when first released was a great game Then, like Pinky Elephants, suddenly went bad - almost as if going to game version 1.2.2 saw a change in it

      Depends if in-house or not: Betat and Vera Johns all were and they were great. L and L keep theirs in-house and not too bad either. It's when it's outsourced, like most co's do; it suffers. Most are OS i think now - you've also go mr green answering willy hill queries etc across the same groups and it suffers there as well CS is seen as non strategic - which means co's dont see the point in investing in them as they don't generate income - u could argue tho that it could drive customers away but by and large the costs of OS (or savings) make up for some customer loses. All very well feeling pride at closing accounts, but casino's don't care - there's always the next No Deposit sign up round the corner .

      Bit of a false economy mate tho - i get why they're like that: their performance indicators are probably measured in terms of 'time taken to answer' 'time on chat' etc but, without a lack of 'issue resolved' comparators, it' s pointless answering in 3 secs if you can't even resolved 'where are my spins' Not just casino-land this applies to - u see it with other products - sign of the times i guess Personally, rather wait a wee bit longer to have competent CS - at a rough estimate i reckon 90% of CS out there is useless.

      That being said - if there was one who deserved a tip it'd have been the pre takeover Betat (the one where the arsY rep was on here and elsewhere trying to backtrack - plonker) - they were great; their general approach to things: payments, verification, game issues, on the ball but more importantly FAIR. I'd have definitely have tipped their CS as one time i breached max bet and it was 'looked at game play, u've been here a while now so payment approved, just watch out!' - many would have went no but not them and that summed up their approach - case by case basis and fair.

      Let you know if i find someone worth tipping 2019-21: grand total of zero. You'd like to know if the money actually went to them tbh - like the dodgy pizza hut tipping where the staff only saw 25p in the pound per tip Better system, though many don't like it is the review ratings that you give - a decent casino may link perks/bonus's to that, so essentially the same thing, but by and large CS agents are quite lowly paid, many don't work for the casino anyhow, so I probably wouldn't tbh. Idea of Performance Related Pay strikes fear amongst the left leaners. No harm having it though as a decent CS could be the difference in getting money out of a casino by the fact they know what you're talking about Grosvenor has the worst, along with Aspire i think, the worst CS about so they'd probably end up owing the players the money anyhow

      Re Verification - Bet365, UK wise anyway, don't ask for docs - they do it in the background so chances are if the OP used their sisters details it'll be sitting verified anyway. They also don't tend to ask for evidence of the cards etc. The only way, if they didn't make the above 'mistake' (sorry OP but the mistake is playing under someone else, not the use of apple pay), someones casino's will find out things like this is if they do SOW and maybe see transactions between the 'named' account holder and the actual person playing, and they may start to ask q's and it wont take long, if they are half decent, to work out it's Ruth, not, Leanne playing the slots etc

      Bet365 tend to be pretty much instant payers so chances are if you put it through it'll be ok but if they pick up on it without you telling them it'll likely be adios amigo. You'd probably need to tell them, pretending to be ur sister (which is another issue altogether; i really don't get why people do this - well, i do, i just think it's a pretty silly move to make) and pass it off as a mistake - some casino's are fine with that if they get confirmation but still, if you're doing this as a matter of course, STOP: aside from the above you're impersonating someone else which is an offence in itself. Why not create an account in your own name?

      What do you expect from the country that brought hooliganism to the sport Was it not Euro 2000 the water canon's had to be put on the fans by the Belgians? - pretty much sums them up. They've not been as bad recently but the reputation as probably one of the worse set of fans you can have in your town is not without justification. Quite like to see the Italians put 5 past them.

      I'd say more come in the right side of 250 atm but there has been the standard 600 etc - tbh the basegame played ok then, so made no difference. Had a Moo and 2 plus 4's drop in once - paid disappointing 150x tho

      It's probably more on the Med Volatility tbh; the bonus is nowhere near as bad in terms of frequency. Lot of rubbish ones (sub 50's) and a lot of the winnings seem to come from the auction. The base game is quite brutal unless you get a few expanding wilds. Like most BTG's though - grinding is a recipe for disaster - put 200 spins through it max and come back another day tbh.

      Its hardly unethical - no one is forcing anyone to accept the bonus with x5 tbh. If it's clearly displayed then what is the issue? None Is it *****? Well, yeah. But it is 400% so that 400% comes with rather large strings attached No business worth their salt would fire out 400%'s on a regular basis and not have safeguards built in. Don't want it - don't accept it. Simple.
