      Processed.... Whilst it’s annoying and their withdrawal times are all over the place, it is good that the winnings came from free spins and they had no max cash out. They really need to be more consistent. But least I’d confidence they’d process. Next batch of spins are tomo so try again ;-)

      I don't get watching streamers - it's just of no interest to me. You'd see charlatans like Roshtein laying down 100 quid bets on Book Of Dead and getting 50k, barely a shrug of emotion. Bla Bla. Why does it look like you're streaming from your parents basement with these wins so common? There are some genuine ones out there - you can normally tell as they're betting quids and get excited by the 500x plus wins. The rest? Either loses are being underwritten as part of their affiliate programme or I'd surmise it's fake dosh. Either way, who cares - it's meaningless. You Tube have been wagering a war against streamers - sadly, they are taking down genuine peeps as well.

      Whilst i'm not the biggest Netent fan there are some cracking games: DOA/Creature from Black Lagoon/Reel Steal And their new one, Vikings, is a top top game. In my top 5 of new releases this year, possibly top 3 10 spins, or even 10 sessions, isn't even enough to warrant the term 'giving it a go', never mind being used as a sample size to prove/disprove anything. Try Bonanza/Merkur games and you'll think that Starburst return was good

      Leovegas and their properties started this earlier in the year - whilst there is no regulatory breach, it always struck me as weird and yeah, there's probably something in the works re the UKGC and they're getting in front of it. Makes sense.

      That’s the thing... slotsmillion on a good day are really good but they’re so inconsistent. It’s not the delay per se it’s the fact that in no way, shape, or form does it take 3 days to process a payment. Manual or not. Not when the last one was done in hours. So weird and a tad irksome. Voledam - they got me; I planned on withdrawing so much that I could take them over ;-) Given that they, for again another stupid reason, don’t process on weekends it’ll be Monday at earliest. If not by Monday it’ll be companies time - and possibly not playing anymore if this is what it’s like - my metamorphosis into afi will soon me complete!

      Totally agree. To those ‘in the know’ we have this forum/complaints and others who will progress player issues. But the bulk of players may not even know or be unaware and therefore get shafted or give up at customer support stage. But hopefully AG and others lead to them improving their operations. And I’m sure it has done. Iv a ten point casino master plan should any casino wish to hire me in a consultancy basis :-) All proceeds to GamCare :-p

      Anyone having issues with withdrawals? As you know, I'm not a must be paid in 2 minutes person, but they're starting to take the mick. Now into day 3 of pending. Whether it's locked is neither here no there IMO. Been told it's due to the volume - for that, read, we have a lot of staff on their xmas leave.

      If the IP is blocked it's normally for the reason that they don't accept players from that jurisdiction... Even if you get round, you'll find that the winnings will be voided...

      Congrats.... Here's hoping the regulators read the complaints that people are submitting and finding away to deal with some of them before they hit the complaints stage though as well. Delayed payments, unfair terms etc would be the two easiest to nip in the bud

Well done to Fiekie and the talented editor of that picture :-p Thoughts on the game? It’s not a bad one in fairness. Book games are naturally volatile due to the maths I thinks but for me I’d take less bonus frequency (I know, Bonanza....) and bigger wins. Is it better than book is dead? Probably. Magic Mirror? No. Kinda in the middle. Will I play after this? Probably not but I will and do play Peking, Da Vinci and their Rhino

      Still pending, or in my case, locked. See, this is what annoys me with withdrawals - I don’t mind 48hrs (well, I tolerate it) but it annoys me when my last one, for double the value, was done in 2 hours. Consistency casinos, consistency... Probably pouring over my game play to say I breached a term :-) OJ - not SM Update - contacted them and was told my request was ‘only’ done a few days ago. Only...? Anyhow....-if you’re playing there expect a delay as they’ve said they’ve got a lot of withdrawals on the go. Don’t know why they can’t be automated but ho hum

      Hopefully it’s not related to the EM casinos closing down - I heard codeta on the grapevine were having issues a month ago. Wouldn’t surprise me if they’re next to go.

      So was I....but....my last 5 withdrawals from there processed in 30 minutes (4 under 1k, one above), chat support still excellent. Their withdrawals are quicker now than they were. Bonus offers still not a patch on before but given that you can level that at all casino, i wouldn't read too much into it. As far as i can tell they're still a decent outfit. Just not amazing anymore. They've not quite disintegrated like Guts did when Ben left

      Not if you're Swedish, come next year with their new licensing regime- you're going to be allowed one per user/account and that's it. 10 years ago it was 300% offers, now getting 25% is a push. Coupled with bonus abuse rings and increased taxation, I'm afraid that, UK at least, the year of the bonus is in it's twilight years.

      Viks to close it's doors at end of this month. Not much of a loss - i for one will miss their x2 bonus conversion And surprise, surprise...it's an Every Matrix casino. Another one. Something is obviously going on there - they're either exiting the market at some point or scaling back on their rubbish casinos.
