      heyho ;-) no... i dont believe in the bitcoin. i just wanted to mention the main difference between limited currencies - e.g. bitcoin - and unlimited skrap-currencies that our governments let produce... ;-) i also do not believe in governments. however - i am not a bit antisystem or so. i found my habitat and feel good as it is.

      my ex... well... former friend - not real friend.. no matter... we were working at the same office a couple of years ago. in the morning after arriving the first thing he did was investigating one of those sick sites for new pictures. the name was something with rotten... i am just joking when i say i like it^^

      well... i check complaints - only - however extremely carefully - regarding payment issues. because since i had the shocking experience of a casino betraying me for more than 1000 €(those europlay underperformers) i never want to make such an experience again. the complaints section here is of huge value to me.

      i chatted to an outstanding nice askgamblerer when i had that issue with the bankrupt curacao-betrayer-casino, europlay. allthough they couldnt force those criminals to return my stolen money, i got very helpful advice and as it is an extremely stressful situation for a player when he finds out, that someone has betrayed him - as in my case - that helped me to calm down a lot. i was very thabkful for the opportunity to chat to a very nice, competente person providing help.

      i also have a look into complaints, before i deposit. however e.g. some do not match with my personal experience. as i see a casino - listet as the one with the most complaints - and i never ever had any issue with them. neither when cashing out from a freebie nor when casing out decent amounts from deposits. when reading the complaints a lot are regarding bonus abuse and players unable to read their - compared to most other casinos - simple t & cs. in this case imo the drawn picture looks a little unfair. however - any system has the one or other not too perfect part. the complaints system offered here imo is at least close to perfection.

      since bitcoins are not accepted as a currency there is no gambling, if you play for bitcoins. ;-)))) in japan local private casinos let people gamble for little ironglobes which can be exchanged into cheap toys. those toys will be bought by neighbouring stores for high amounts of money ;-) one of the fascinating aspects of the gambling industry imo is, that people here have to find smart solutions...

      hey afi4wins ;-) i had to smile when i read your post. "Bitcoin is MONEY IN THE AIR!!! Think seriously about it! It it NOT supported by any Government or Banks...it is not tied to any tangible goods, just on pure AIR...bla...bla...bla..." ;-))) well except the support of the government who let produce that betrayal money - that false dirt we are using for payments and which is nothing but debt - i thought you were talking about the euro or the us dollar. the money we use in everyday live is nothing, but a big lie. an illusion. as long as people trust in it, it runs (some of the more simple minded amonmg us btw still believe that our money is tied to the goldreserves of the central banks - which was cut in the 1970) from that point of view - the bitcoin has an advantage regarding the possibillity to infinite duplicance. because since our money is officially not tied to any limiting substances such as gold eg. the draghis and other bankster can just go on and produce more and more of that dirt, people are willing to kill for... bitcoins are limited by the growing complexity of the mathematical challenge which are elementary to produce more. ;-) so - never any of the lying banditos, who are running our governemts would abandon the advantage of unlimited monetary reproducement since they just escaped that "prison" in the 1970. ;-))) our money is an illusion. i really hope and pray that people will keep on believing that the dirty paper-trash i give them for goods is of any worth. ;-)

      hey helena, if the support is only for technical issues and its run by everymatrix, which provides infrastructure for many casinos, then it wont be easy for the casinos to directly change policy...they have to convince the management of everymatrix. since they are answerring e-mails rapidly - email support imo is almost as quick as livechat. have a great sunday. :-) (btw at last managed to withdraw from casinoluck AND nextcasino *happy*)

      hey - my experience is different. i always use the e-mail-way to contact support at both places. they are always very friendly and they are very generous. at the very beginning i tried the livechat once and was told, that was for technical issues. seems to be a kind of everymatrix chat - i guess. since i have had a close look onto the everymatrix website i found out that they were hiring livesupport agents at their company at bucharest. think they are located there, while the support for players is locatet at st julians in malta. ;-) so if you open livechat you are connected to "techies" ;-) from my former time when i worked at an internet startup i know they sometimes seem a bit distanced, however usually ice breaks quite quick. imagine - the only thing you do all day is programming machines... i couldnt^^ btw the rep of both casinos, who i also had the opportunity to have an email conversation is also very helpful and in my eyes a cool person. so - dont judge the support by the livechat. :-)

      thats great to hear. because i had that strange momant at a casino where balance dropped below 60 cent and then was deleted... thats really awful. this way of handling is very playerfriendly.

      heyho azzthach, i just had a look into the promotional t&c and found a little hook i would consider as a bit uncomfortable. such is: 11. Any bonus funds of £0.25 or less will be automatically forfeited. maybe its consideres peanuts, however gambling till the last penny - why not give the chance to the player to play it up again? (made from 0.15 more than 450) ;-)
