From my own experience guru mate, trying to formulate a winning formula from those millions of spins just doesn't work Too many variances are at play at once, making predictability very very difficult. I tend to rely more on my instincts and visual experience on the game...through familiarity. Although it is never accurate as well, it keeps the excitement of the game at its peak always! Yeah...jumping up and down and punching the air whenever a prediction came true...hahaha. Aaaaah...the thrill, excitement and fun of playing slots!

Aaaah...we have a physics Masters here that we all don't know of! Hehehe. Interesting to know that you actually did a game programming, and thus more knowledgeable about the RNG and the logics behind the randomness created. Still, no one can really comprehend absolutely the precise workings of the algorithms due to its complexity, hence a lot of trial and error runs are essential to get the required combinations and settings. I'm just saying this for the benefit of our readers here who may not understand what we are talking about, but to explain physics and mathematics in layman's simplicity is truly difficult! Hehehe. I believe that behind the running of the RNGs, a master controller is always necessary to ensure that the right results are given out from all the randomness created. Imagine if the payouts are truly 100% random...you may not get any win at all, no matter how small, even after thousands of spins! Similarly, you may get too many wins within a few spins apart. All because of randomness. This is never acceptable in creating gambling games. Casinos can go bankrupt in no time at all! Hahahaha. So...like it or not...a little bit of PREDICTABILITY is imposed and included in the overall running of any game's program....thereby ensuring wins and losses at a predictable rate and time frame. And so the RTP is born...which is actually a part of the Master Controller I was talking about. Talking in layman's simplicity...can gambling games be predictable? YES THEY CAN! But to a very little extent only!
