Only 40x bet win??? Hahaha...this NetEnt's game is a real joke!

Today, I was having a short session on one of BetSoft games, more of a refresher game for my fading memory, when I suddenly realised that I have found the game that I had always wanted to use to prove that those spinning reels aren't really spinning at all, but are merely a simulation, to replicate those spinning wheels, or reels, of the old mechanical slot machines. In those days, the reels of slot machines are actual wheels within the machine, with symbols pasted onto them, and each reel are inter-connected to one another via gearing cogs mechanism. And yes, those reels actually do spin when you pull down that one-arm bandit lever. The mechanism became more complicated with 5-reels slot machines, until one fine day, modern digital technology abolished all of those mechanical slot machines for ever! Needless to say, there are probably many players who still think that modern day digital slot machines still have reels that spin and spin until they come to a stop, as in those mechanical machines. When I said that those reels were not spinning at all, many found it hard to believe, hehehe. BetSoft's game, Enchanted, shows a simulation of spinning reels, as in all other games too, but what makes the difference is that the simulation is shown at a slow speed, so those symbols on each reel can actually be seen whilst they are 'spinning'. When those reels stop spinning, three symbols on each reel would stop into the rows positions, right? Wrong! Those 3 symbols appearing on each reel and on each row do not come from those 'spinning reels' as you saw them! Each symbol has been individually picked and positioned by the RNG's and Algorithm's mechanism in conjunction with the 'game display' program. Results of each spin are already calculated and known faster than a blink of your eye, but the game display program takes a little bit longer time to display the results graphically. At times, you can actually see how much has been won for that particular spin in your credits balance, even though the reels are still 'spinning'! Have you ever come across this yet? Here, I have 3 screenshots to show what I mean. In the first 2 screenshots, you can see the symbols on each reel as they go 'spinning'...those reels have not stop spinning when the screenshot was taken. The third screenshot shows the symbols after they have stopped 'spinning'. It took me more than 2 hours waiting, just to get this third screenshot, because it took that long for that particular symbol to appear on reel 5! For those of you are already familiar with this BetSoft's 'Enchanted' game, then you will know that the 'Golden Key' symbol can only appear on reel 5, and does not appear at all on reels 1, 2, 3 and 4. Meaning, that 'Golden Key' symbol isn't on those 4 reels at all, but you can actually see the key symbol as those 4 reels go spinning! Why is that? How can you see a symbol that shouldn't be on the reel in the first place? There you go...what you see as 'spinning' wasn't spinning at all. If they were, that Golden Key symbol would have landed on one of the reels sooner or later, which it won't at all. What you saw as 'spinning' was in fact a series of repetitive images being displayed, finely controlled to replicate a spinning effect of the reels! The final symbols that came onto the reels and rows did not come from those 'spinning' reels, but came from the display program, as determined by the calculated results of the game's algorithms. Nowadays, those spinning reels can go in any direction they want to, or as designed to. 'Turning Totems', by Thunderkick, shows the reels going round and round horizontally, and individually too on each reel and row! Gonzo's falling symbols do not go spinning, but that doesn't mean that they are falling one by one from a reel. Then there are also reels that go 'spinning' in opposite directions from the reel beside it. And what about symbols that fly out of nowhere and land onto the screen randomly, without having any apparent reels or rows, as in Fruit Warp? The possibilities are endless. That game display program can do whatever the game designer wants the reels to do! Hehehe.

Well, if Neteller still cannot qualify for deposit bonuses, that'll be bad news for me for this century! But perhaps certain Askgamblers members, like me for example, who is no stranger to you at all, could get an exemption and be allowed to get those deposit bonuses, Jelena darling? As far as adjudication procedure goes, it can take a very long time, especially in complicated cases like yours. Arbitration procedures are just as similar. so you just have to wait and wait and wait, my friend!

This reminds me of my own true experience that happened way before online casinos came into existence! Yep...that was probably about 20 or so years ago...hahaha. I was playing on my regular fruit machine at a local arcade, my usual venue at that time. I was no stranger there and the arcade staff were no strangers to me either. I was an instant quarter or half-millionaire if that win was valid! Hahaha. I called the supervisor to have a look at it, he laughed...and pasted an 'out of order' note on the computer screen! That ended my daydreaming instantly! Hahaha. I got my 5-of-a-kind win money, of course, but missed out on being an instant millionaire!!!

Some things are bothering me about this case... 1). If you had really won all that 88,000 GBP by playing games with your real money, then all these are very easily proven by the data collected in the games history...but no mention of this has been made at all...not by you...and not by the casino either. If everything can be proven with the data in the games history, this matter shouldn't have cropped up in the first place! 2). Pardon me if I'm wrong...I'm not trying to accuse you or take the casino's side...but I think you yourself know deep inside your heart whether those money actually came from playing games with real money or otherwise. Perhaps you later realised that your real money balance has gone up by so much unexpectedly, by no means of winning them from your games, and you are trying to claim this error money from the casino. If so, then it is true that a malfunction had caused it, and you should have notified the casino about it, as stipulated in their T&C. No matter how one look at it, money earned through a malfunction is not valid, can never be valid, and is considered void. A 'malfunction voids all winnings' is clearly stipulated in every casino's T&C. 3). Pardon me again, but if I know for sure that I didn't win all that money, I would just drop the whole matter. There is absolutely no reason to try and claim it, because it isn't money won from winnings by playing games with my real money, and trying to claim it as legally mine would only bring much embarrassment in the end. This is what I would do anyway...but if I had really won that money, then nothing will stop me from getting it from the casino! 4). The truth will always prevail in the end.

The most important thing that I can see from the reply to you, is that a malfunction in the system, either within the casino's system or within the game itself, had caused those demo credits to be credited as real cash into your account. They are saying that such errors may have been caused by external manipulations, as they found out that those errors could only occur through specific steps, which would not have happen within normal running conditions of the game or casino system. Meaning to say, such errors can only happen by external interference and not under normal circumstances. This is the critical point that led to the casino's final decision. As for IBAS, they will definitely refer back to the casino for such proof of what those 'specific steps' would be, and whether those could have been caused by external interference, intended or otherwise, and why it couldn't happen under normal circumstances. As you see, this is going to involve a very detailed technical investigation as to why that malfunction occurred. If the casino can satisfy IBAS with their technical proof, then I think you have no case against the casino. This is how I see it anyway, and this is just my personal opinion...I'm no expert!

Geeeees!!! This is the first time I'm hearing of any casino putting a blame on demo money turning into real money!!! That has a 99.999% improbability of happening...because nothing can be perfect anyway...so l think it is a 99.999% ridiculous accusation!
