      I haven't played this game either, but my understanding of it is that it is NOT a slot game, but a LIVE game, meaning, time is allowed for players to make a bet before the wheel gets spinning. It's a slow game as compared to slots and all wins are based on the symbols on that wheel, I think.

      There's no one correct solution until you know what is actually causing the issues. Have you cleaned all your browser and computer/smartphone caches? Are you using a stable DSL (fixed line) internet connection, a mobile Broadband connection, or a smartphone connection? Only the DSL can give a fast and stable internet connection. Have you tried playing at the casino again lately, to see how the games are loading up and playing? Like I've mentioned earlier, it could have been due to maintenance work at the casino or at the game provider's server.

      If it's a weekly promotion, then the promo should indicate it's a WEEKLY offer, not a weekend one. A weekend offer means it is only valid on weekends, agree?

      As an example, last month, I signed up and played at Spin Pug Casino. I made a deposit, got the bonus, but had tons of problems trying to load the games that I wanted to play. The loading up process would not start, or hang up even before it began, or getting 'game cannot be loaded' error messages during the loading process. I could only manage to start up a few games, so I played on those games, but at the end of the day, it was one horrible experience! I sent in my complaints to the casino, via email and via their contact form too, and soon got back a reply from them, apologising for the inconveniences caused, because they were actually doing maintenance work on the platform on the day I was playing my games. Several days later, I played back at the same casino, and the platform was doing quite okay, although still not smoothly. On another day, a week or so after that, the platform worked smoothly and without any more error messages as before!

      This sort of errors can be due to many various reasons. Fluctuations in the internet connection, as Blackjax has mentioned above, a slowdown in the ISP connection, some sort of maintenance is being carried out on the server (not necessarily connected to slot games), or simply due to heavy use of the platform by thousands of users. Usually this sort of errors would go away after a short while, but if it continues on for long periods of time, then there's definitely something causing it. It may even be your desktop, laptop or smartphone. A simple thorough cleaning of all caches usually would solve this problem.

      Strangely enough, that Lady never sent me those kind of offers before, only Joo does. Another strange thing is, I've won more times at Joo but got hammered many times by the Lady! Hahaha

      Yes, I do know that the 50x bonus wagering is a big letdown for Joo Casino, but everything else about them is superb.       Understood mate, but what I really meant was that those full Wild reels are each counted as one single symbol only, thereby reducing thousands of winning ways! If each Wild symbol is in 1x1 size, then the winning ways would be in the thousands! So that 117649 ways is actually a big lie, because there would ALWAYS be big sized symbols on the reels, thereby greatly reducing the winning ways! That 117649 ways is ONLY possible when all symbols on the reels are the SAME SYMBOLS and of 1x1 size! Not many players realise this important aspect of Megaways games, so they just keep on loving them.

      I guess you've not looked into its paytable, otherwise you would know how the Wilds and the symbols would pay. I'm simply not interested in any Megaways game, so I'm not bothered to look into this game's paytable. Right off, I can say that the win values of all the symbols would suck...typical of all Megaways game...only the multipliers are boosting up the wins. Yet...5 full Wild reels paid only 945x...geeees!

      Well, welcome to the real cruel world of slots gaming mate! I was probably the first one to notice all the changes taking place in my favourite games about 2 or so years ago, when flash games were being converted into HTML5 versions. I've even talked about it many times in some topics here in the forum. The changes were very evident to me, and the games seemed to have been drastically transformed into zombies...the walking dead...the games were alive but the payouts were dead! Then later on, I realised how the blardy A.I. has been controlling and regulating the wins, especially the bigger wins, and how the spins have been stretched much farther apart, dishing out even more dead spins before triggering a feature game. My usual 1000x and over wins have been cut and chopped into 2 or more 500x wins instead...the 1000x wins have literally been wiped out by now...I simply cannot get them anymore! Not many believed me when I first talked about it, maybe they think I was hallucinating, or just my bad luck...but more and more regular players are noticing it now.

      Our Guru-san has said many times before that whatever a poster writes or complains in this forum, he/she is hiding lots of important details, simply to make the matter looks favourable to them! This is yet one more such case, even appearing very eager to bring the matter up to a Civil Court, when every other details showed a downside.
