  3. Honestly speaking mate, I'm not even sure if ThePogg is referring 'the regulator' to be MGA or CURACAO! Your case has been so long winded, with so much info going back and forth, that I'm no longer sure where it stands now. If it's with MGA, hopefully this matter would get resolved soon enough, but if it's with Curacao...oh boy...nothing can be certain, they may not even respond! I'm not trying to throw smoke on your case mate...just highlighting what may be probable to come.

  5. Their Live Chat service has never been a problem. The service is pretty good on the host side, but when matters are referred to the technical side (and I assume may include the financial side too), that's where everything literally STOPS! No response, no reply, no nothing...so what the heck are those guys doing? Nonetheless, I will give that rep a chance and see if he can do something about this issue. Failing that, my next plan of action will go ahead, hehehe.
  6. One more thing... Askgamblers has a SUPERB 9.39 rating for this casino, and the casino is supposed to have an average 1 day of complaints response time. Well, I certainly don't agree with that and I intend to waste a $20 deposit just so I can write a nasty report on this casino in the review section, so that many others would be aware and not be caught into a similar trap!   7. Thanks for the feedback mate. If that was back in 2020, then the casino was still operated by Direx NV. Dama NV took over in 2021, but obviously, still maintaining the same poor customer services. What a shame!

  10. I'm going to lament on Greenspin.bet Casino (formerly owned and operated by Direx NV but now by Dama NV), because I am simply wondering what the heck is their Support Team doing. Are they way too busy to reply to my enquiries via their Live Chat host, via my own email and also via their own Contact Form on their website??? On Thursday (11th Feb 2021), I received a nice promotional email from one of their casino's affiliates (GOA), offering a 20 EUR no-deposit bonus for signing up at Greenspin.bet Casino. Wow! Wonderful, I was thinking. So I visited the casino's website, checked through their Bonus Terms and also checked through their T&C, just to ensure that my country is not restricted from claiming any no-deposit bonuses (some casinos have this clause in their T&C). Sure enough, there wasn't any such restrictions, so I can sign up and claim that 20 EUR no-deposit bonus, if that offer was indeed a valid one. So, the first thing that I did was to get in touch with the casino's Live Chat service, spoke to Steve (friendly and helpful) about it, but he said that he cannot see the screenshot that I had uploaded for him to see. He said that I should register first, then the screenshot would be visible. Hmm...very ODD...I was thinking to myself. Anyway, I then registered, filled in my profile, and got back in touch with Steve. Steve then said that he could see the screenshot, but cannot understand why the 20 EUR NDB was automatically cancelled by the system. I told Steve that I had checked the terms and conditions earlier on, before signing up, and that there wasn't any restrictions whatsoever. Steve then passed a message to their Tech dept for clarification, and told me that I should come back the next day to see if the problem had been resolved. I did just that, but there was still nothing there in my account. That's when I exited the casino, got into my mailbox, and sent an email to their [email protected] address. By night time, there was still no reply from the casino's side, so I went back to the casino, logged myself in, and then used their own contact form to send an enquiry message directly. That was yesterday (Friday). Today, still absolutely nothing...no reply whatsoever. That got me furious, and here I am in Askgamblers lamenting! Their customer support is supposed to be 24/7 (maybe it isn't after all), so I'm just blowing smoke out of my ears for as long as Greenspin.bet Casino doesn't respond to my enquiries. This is not what I would expect from any Dama NV casino, and is a disappointment to me. If no reply comes back in the next few days, I going to close my new unused account at the casino, and will forever have second thoughts about Dama NV!!! If anyone else here have had any similar issues at the casino, I would love to hear it please.

Honestly, if anyone asks me, the most reliable license where gambling is concerned (as Vladi had intended this topic to be about but didn't specify it), is NOT MGA or UKGC, but your own personal license to gamble! If you gamble away as you like, without any responsibility, you cannot expect any Gambling Authority to really help you out when you run into trouble, simply because they cannot. It is your own fault for gambling away irresponsibly. If you become addicted, it's because you cannot control your gambling attitude. If you go broke, it's because you cannot control your spending desires. The Authorities can only put a stop and try to prevent you from sinking further, but you're already very deep into the quicksand. Some may even try to continue playing at any other casino that allows them, then they try to put the blame on the casinos and Authorities for not stopping them in doing so. This is like 'can any policeman stop anyone from drinking and driving'? NO!!! The best thing to do is don't drink if you're driving, simple as that. Between UKGC and MGA, the way I see it, both can be helpful when assistance is needed from them, but they cannot solve all your problems that you yourself have created. If you don't create any problems in your gambling activities, then the casino's license, UKGC, MGA, or even Curacao, is quite irrelevant. No problems caused, no issues to be resolved. My top favourite casinos, by the way, are casinos having Curacao licenses. Yes, they can be unreliable, but when there's no issues at hand, does that even matter at all? MGA and UKGC licensed casinos give me all kind of restrictions and headaches instead, so I don't like them at all! It is NOT THE CAR that is reliable or not...it is THE DRIVER instead...the driving license!

  23. Hi Matsak. You haven't been around in this Askgamblers forum long enough, otherwise you would have come across various topics regarding the changes that have occurred since 2 years ago. There have been many changes done on all games by all providers. Firstly, flash version of games were gradually 'upgraded' into HTML5 version, because flash would no longer be supported by the end of December 2020. Almost all games have now been converted but a very few games are still in the process of conversion. In the process of this conversion, software providers took the opportunity to 'modify or upgrade' their games to suit the bad global economic conditions, by making lots of changes in the games algorithms, such as by extending the RTP's designed cycle from millions of spins into billions of spins per cycle, thereby making big wins even much more difficult to get, without altering the designated and approved RTP percentile at all. More recently, this RTP percentile has now gone much lower than before, from the standard 96%/97% down to 94% and lower, hence yet again making it more difficult to get the big wins. Then Artificial Intelligence (AI) got into the scene, ensuring an even stricter controlling mechanism for the software providers, again, all without altering the approved designated RTPs. Whatever big wins that were already so blardy hard to get, became even more 'diluted' by this AI factor...huge wins tend to be broken up into smaller wins nowadays, all without changing the RTPs as before. In short, trying to win big nowadays has become such a rarity, but not an impossibility, so we players tend to lose so many more times over than before, before getting one nice big win somewhere along our play time period. Lucky players may get one big win in a matter of months, some may take many years, others may not get any at all! This is what is happening now with all games from all providers, NOT JUST NETENT!

The logic that they are using is that the older generation (the elderly) are the most vulnerable to Covid infection and death by it, so they are given first priority, simply because they isn't and won't be enough of available vaccine to be given to everyone all in one go.
