Well mate, to be very honest with you, even the best rated casino in Askgamblers can be awful to some! I've come across several good rated casinos here, only to find them hopeless to me! No two gamblers can have the same luck or taste!

Just tell them in writing you don't have a PayPal account, you did not deposit via PayPal, so what they're asking for is completely irrelevant. Anything else that they ask for, which you also don't have or use, tell them the same. Sooner or later, they'll run out of things to ask you for! If I were you, I would play the balance to try and get a bigger balance, or play it all off, then close the account. Saves you all the headaches!

Very sorry Hyena74 mate, I was on the wrong issue...multiple accounts was another member's problem, not yours! Yours is purely the casino's delaying tactics...but why did they refund your deposits and not your winnings as well...that's a question as well.

I'm not trying to be negative here for you mate, but from what I've gathered so far, you did say that they have refunded your deposit or deposits back, right? The other question is probably more concerning the multiple accounts that you are having at the casino (pardon me if I'm mistaking this issue with another member's problem). Where multiple accounts are concerned, the T&C's rule is specific enough, so getting your winnings is really not a hope at all, considering that they have refunded your deposit/s. Once again, sorry if I'm on the wrong issue here...just lazy to read back from the beginning.

@cocopop3011 I just realised that my 65x win screenshot on Thai Paradise actually showed a ZERO win! Error happened somewhere, but doesn't matter though. Just disregard that screenshot/entry, so my total entries is now 50. Do you want me to edit that post, delete that screenshot and correct the total number of screenshots and entries?

At first I thought this contest would be similar to the points contest, but this is also a good change. Looking forward to submitting many many screenshots, hehehe.

Hmmm...I'm not greedy...so I would always want a good chance to win one prize every week, if possible, hahaha. Since it's going to be a weekly contest, I think 2 winners is more than fair, unless it's a monthly contest, then perhaps 4 or 5 winners would be nice. If it's 2 winners, why not make it an equal share, $50+$50 or $25+$25, as Fiekie has suggested. That sounds nice.

Weekly contests are simply PERFECT! Each one doesn't last too long, so it's not tiring nor boring. I do have a suggestion...one winner via a random draw is quite unfavourable, to me at least, because I've hardly ever been lucky on those random draws (maybe the wheel doesn't like me, hahaha). My suggestion would be to have 2 weekly winners, say $30 and $20 prizes, so everybody gets a double chance of getting that random draw win.

Just shows how crappy the casino is! AVOID!!!
